The hotel location is great, within 2/3 minutes from a train station, which became very handy! The water pressure of the shower is great! what becomes something good after walking during your stay and relaxing. The hotel's facilities are great, and widespread around hotels in Japan.

The room is as described VERY SMALL. It may be difficult if you have 2 big cases and 2 small ones around the room, You'll have difficulty walking from the entrance to your bed, it should not be an issue, as its described lol. The breakfast room is small, some days we had to have breakfast in our tinny room, guests were even waiting at reception ( in front of the breakfast room)

The hotel is located close to metro stations in a quieter area of Tokyo. The check-in experience with robots is fun, the (clean) rooms are slightly more spacious than we were used to in Tokyo, and the basic breakfast/drinks served were a good start for an early jampacked city-exploring day.

The neighbourhood of the hotel is not that vibrant, although it's easy to reach other parts of the city with the public transport connections that are accessible closeby. Furthermore, the reception/breakfast area is relatively small. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with a larger group or if you are looking for a hotel with top amnities.

Hotel was clean. Could get keycard for each person. Breakfast was nice everyday. Two nearby stations on different lines made it easier to get places and lots of food spots nearby.

Dryer is capped at 20 minutes per 200yen so it takes forever to dry clothes. The sofa bed in the 3 person room was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are also typically small Japanese hotel rooms so not a lot of luggage space.

Nice room. Nice bathroom. The regular beds were ok. Good value for money. Very central location.

Robots don't work/do anything, and are just a bit creepy in reception. They would do better to get rid of them.

The novelty of the robot staff in this hotel was the main reason I booked it in the first place, but actually I had a lot more interaction with the human staff in the end, who were all very helpful. The hotel is in Ginza and an easy walk to all the high-end shops. The hotel offers free drinks for cocktail "hour" (actually 3 hours!) each night too, which is a welcome treat!

The breakfast was very basic (but it was free at least), and the pillow was not very comfortable unfortunately (plus there was only one pillow on the bed).

Ease of check in, helpfulness of staff on early arrival, was no problem to hold bags for us until after check in time. Very clean basic room with v good bath, shower & hot water, air con, safe & fridge and everything worked !! Breakfast choice was basically the same each day but adequate & was included in price. Lovely small hotel in ideal quiet location with easy access to 3 stations, a number of local noodle bars nearby and good convenience shop next door, was perfect for 3 single blokes @ a great price !!

Robots are just a gimmick ! Would of been nice maybe one or two nights with a local beer on offer at drinks bar but good selection of liquors.

The property is just 100 meters away from Sintomicho station. The hotel is super clean. The staffs are super helpful. Very healthy breakfast. Apart from complimentary breakfast there is tea and cookies entire day. After 5, till 10 there is free cocktails and snacks. My basket is just below the hotel. There is enough places to buy food and drinks around. In the hotel you can also order fresh pizzas. In the room there are hot water kettles, cloth dryer is also available. Just be careful don’t bring too big bags or too many bags as there will be space crunch.

There should be little more space for bags. But in Japan it’s common. Still it can be manageable. But if you too many bags ask them to give a bigger rooms with twin sharing ones.

Hotel room was clean, had bath and great ammenities. Endless supply (help yourself) by the elevator fred wash cloths, razors, cotton buds and hair brushes. Free buffet breakfast, from 10am to 6pm free cookies, mini pancakes and tea/coffee and from 6pm to 10pm free cocktais and tea/coffees etc Has a coin operated laundry and a package sealer if you need to compact items so you fit more in your bags. Awesome experience checking in with robots- simple and easy and adds something different for your travels but if you need a human theres a phone to call 24/7. Close to buses, subways etc. Supermarket literally out the front door tonyour left- like 10 steps away. Just was awesome experience and hotel to end our holiday.

The dining room for breakfast is very very tiny, for a hotel that offers free breakfast etc this was the smallest ever been into and was sooo crazy busy the room should be way bigger for the amount of rooms in this hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful. When I needed help calling to make a reservation, someone happened to be around and made our reservation for us. I really appreciated it! Our room had a desk with shelves and a rack for hanging all of our items so we could keep the floor clear. Good location, easy to get to (a) train station. We booked this hotel very late, so it was quite expensive. However, if you can book at least 3 weeks in advance it seems like the pricing is 1/3 as much.
