the room is big and beautiful, u can see the outside view from window so the place is suitable to see sunset and sunrise, the staff here is good and helpful, u can also have dinner beside this hotel and the food there is so delicious and worth the money

the bed kinda dusty so u have to clean first, the bathroom kinda stuck in the drain i think, maybe it was clogged a little

The staff was cooperative and nice, the hotel was close to the places I needed to get, far from street noises yet close to the city, the room was clean overall. It's a place where you can stay if you're not spending the whole day in the hotel.

The room was not exactly the same as per the photos, given that I booked the deluxe room, but was fine.

The staff were super helpful (Sanaa) and the stay was super comfortable. The Arabic coffee they treat people with is another level of welcoming people. I will for sure come back again here. Recommended ❤️❤️

Everything. The coffee downstairs is amazing, and the restaurant next to the hotel named Sobhia Home, which is excellent and has an outdoor area that I really liked.

Location was pretty good, only 10, 15 minutes from the very centre of the city and in the same time in a quiet and safe part of the city. Next door is small store which was very convenient, and a 5 minutes by foot there was a shopping centre with everything you can need. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I want to express an special gratitude to Sana and the manager of the hotel - wonderful people! Thank you for all your help!

I'm a proud Jordanian who just arrived from UK and chose this hotel for its exceptional location for commuting. The staff's warm hospitality and welcoming smiles truly stood out. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite instead of the room I had reserved. The WiFi speed was excellent, and the convenience of having a car park right in front was a great bonus. This hotel embodies the spirit of Jordanian hospitality, and I couldn't be happier with my stay!

HeOur stay at the Castle Hotel in Amman was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very kind and helpful, even allowing a late check-out. Special thanks to Hamdan and Raghad at the reception for their excellent servce.

The lobby was very nice and comfortable, the Andalus theme is very inviting! The entire building was air conditioned. All the facilities were accommodating and accessible. The staff was very kind, fast and friendly. They were quick to respond and provide great service.The location of the hotel is also very convenient because it’s surrounded by a shopping center, a mini market and it sits on a main road which makes it easy to catch a cab!
