Outside, there’s a bunch of construction going on (not part of the hotel, but still hard to ignore), so don’t expect pristine resort vibes from the moment you pull in. Now once you’re actually settled—bam! The food? Delicious. The music? Perfect. And the belly dancer? Honestly, she deserved her own spotlight and a standing ovation. All in all, Hilton brought the heat… after a slightly bumpy intro.

Salah is an amazing person, very kind and polite in his attitude. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly, always helpful with everything, constantly checking if guests are comfortable, smiling, and very quick to respond. This warm and professional attitude of the staff is something truly special. The rooms are clean and well organized every morning, with a beautiful sea view. The food is fresh and very good, though not very diverse over several days. The hotel is very close to the beach and also near the mall, both within walking distance. I highly recommend the experience. It is suitable for both families and couples.

One thing I didn’t like was the pool being very crowded at noon (I understood that young people from outside the hotel are allowed to enter and use the pool for a few hours by paying). This is not very pleasant for families staying for several days.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dead Sea and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and we loved the variety of restaurants available. The pool bar was great for a relaxed drink in the sun, and the beach and pool service was excellent – comfy loungers, towels ready, and drinks brought right to us.

If we had to point out one small thing, it would be that some of the room equipment felt a bit outdated – for example, the shower head could use an upgrade. But honestly, this was just a minor detail and didn’t take away from our overall experience at all.

This was my second visit to Hilton Dead Sea within just two weeks, and once again, the experience was fantastic. The hotel is consistently clean, relaxing, and well-managed, with breathtaking views of the Dead Sea that never get old. A special shoutout to Salah, who truly made a difference during my stay. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional — going out of his way to make sure everything was just right. It’s people like Salah who turn a good hotel experience into a great one. Super comfortable room in great hotel with extensive facilities. Out of season the family pool was heated and the surrounding area was a great place to relax. We tried several of the restaurants - all excellent and nothing was too much for the friendly, efficient staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in 3 rooms with kids and had an amazing time. Everything was super clean, the food was delicious, and all the pools were heated with really warm water,everything about the hotel and it’s facilities was perfect . But the highlight of the stay was the staff , Rosilla at the Kids Paradise was so sweet and attentive with the kids, they loved her! In the dining room, Reham, Janille, Yousef, and Mohammed were all incredibly polite and sweet and paid attention to every little detail. Mohammed at the reception was also super helpful and made everything easy for us. Everyone was so kind and welcoming ,we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

what can I say. EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. If you want to have a good time, stay at somewhere luxurious, and made to feel so special then don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Stay here. It’s very simple. The staff treat you like royalty from the moment you enter the hotel. All the tiny details of care are 10/10. Restaurants are 10/10. Entertainment is 10/10. Vibes and location is 10/10 Special thank you to Abdullah for making our stay so amazing. He made sure we were taken care of to the highest standard. He ensured we had complimentary drinks, snacks, transportation, everything! Also thank you to Mishal and Emad who found my friends bracelet at the bottom of the pool.
