It is a super nice hotel! Great hotel. Great Location. Great staff. Great facilities. The rooms are cavernous, and all the facilities are available. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, markets and public parks. I would like to thank the Hotel Manager "Artyom". He is a pleasant, nice, caring and professional Manager. He was always happy to help us throughout our stay. He went the extra mile for us. Actually, he looked after every single guest. His guest care is world-class. His customer service is superb. He always was ready to help and make guests stay comfortable and memorable. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. They are the genuine people. I am so grateful to the manager for his help.

This hotel needs a gym and swimming pool.

My main reason for choosing this hotel is due to its strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Ascension Cathedral and Agosto Cafe, Yubileynyy supermarket (open 24 hrs), cafes and restaurants. Walkways are pedestrian friendly. Hotel pickup/drop off is located behind the hotel away from main roads, which is rather convenient for guests.

The building design is oldish 80s. But with good maintenance, this is not a concern.

The accommodating attitude of the hotel staff. I was given an early check-in without any fuss or extra payment, which was a very pleasant experience for me. I wish other hotels are as considerate.

Nice clean hotel. Value for money. Great staff. Very close walking distance to center. Necessities available close by from restaurants to groceries to pharmacies, etc. Lovely spread of breakfast as well.

Nothing serious to complain about. Charged for the water and sparkling bottles kept in the fridge - bottles were already open when arrived and we simply threw them out thinking that they were left behind by previous occupant and missed to check by hotel. Unfairly charged but honestly not a heavy amount. Hotel should advise this during check in. Given the great effort from the hotel, this was just something unexpected.

Location was good and there was a restaurant below it. Archom was very helpful with everything. Breakfast spread was decent

They didn’t have a first aid kit and receptionist (lady) doing the night shift was rude.

LOCATION! This is my second hotel in Almaty, and I wish I had stayed here in my entire stay in Almaty. The location is just so perfect. Centrally located in Almaty that if you go around the hotel, you'll find many shops, stores, and restaurants. The girl at the Front Desk (sorry, I forgot her name), was the sweetest person in the hotel. She'll help in all possible ways. Will surely stay here again soon!

This is just minor, but I hope some staff will know how to smile and greet the guests. Only few staffs are like this. But nonetheless, I still like this hotel.

LOCATION 10/10: at the center of the city, main road, just few steps to grocery store & pharmacy. All tourist sites in the city are accessible in 3 to 20 minute taxi ride (I used app yandex go, very efficient and cheap even for airport to hotel transfer.) STAFFS 10/10: When I arrived, I had severe vertigo, the hotel receptionist Ms Goha & Mr Handsome Manager helped me & took really good care of me, thank you so much. All of them the staffs are approachable, kind and helpful. COMFORT 10/10: Complete with everything, a quiet room with fridge, hangers, table & socket beside bed etc. The room is big, has aircon & heater, other hotels only have heaters. Has chinese restaurant. CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish. WIFI 10/10: connect to their “Hotel_2g”, it has the strong and stable wifi signal (from my room on the 3rd flr.) VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: worth it with its great location plus sumptuous breakfast buffet.

The shower knob in my room 306, by the slightest turn or slightest movement makes water so hot immediately. I had to be cautious every time I take shower. I think this is only in my specific room that I stayed. Maybe the hotel maintenance staff could check the shower knob / water heating system in that room. Other than that, all my experience were all perfect and great.

I stayed here two nights with my sister. The staff were nice and friendly. We had a clean and quiet room. All amenities were provided. The location is close to most places. There are restaurants nearby as well. Everything was good. The staff can speak English so it was easy to communicate. We found this a very safe place as two girls traveling alone. The front desk always had someone. The roads and nearby places were also safe at night for us. We would book again for stay in summer or moderate climate.

The heating system at the room wasn’t functioning properly. The staff tried fixing it for us few times when we requested but it kept going off later. Since it was too cold it wasn’t a cozy stay for us during nights especially. Water temperature was difficult to adjust. It was boiling hot or too cold. It was difficult to find a suitable temperature. Other than this everything was good. Staff especially were kind and helpful when we had any requests.

Voyage hotel was perfect, walking distance to attractions in Almaty and close to a metro station, Bishek Zholy. Hotel staffs were so helpful. I arrived here after midnight coming from a European flight, although I was tired but the welcoming staff who’s on duty that night was so welcoming and friendly. The room were spacious with a balcony but I was facing at the backside. The room facilities were just great: there was; free bottle of water daily, refrigerator, kettle but you get a tea only. If you’re a coffee drinker make sure to bring your own, hairdryer, cupboards, hangers, and a safe to keep your valuables. The WIFI inside the room is so fast. Bathroom size is reasonable, with complete toiletries and cleaned daily. Breakfast in buffet style, a choice from local to international foods. The room price is a bit too expensive, but if you reserve a room far in advance like I did, this cost me only 230 euros for 5 nights stay. During check-in they will need your credit card, as I don’t like using my credit card they ask me a cash deposit for one night. They accept euros, dollars and Tenge. To conclude my opinion: this was the best hotel in terms of location for a reasonable price. Booking in advance it’s advisable to get a cheaper room rates.

The room is too hot even turning off the heater. One thing that annoy me is, the hotel management never reply your message. I asked if they have an airport transfer because arriving after midnight in Almaty as woman traveling alone feels unsafe. So I am forced to book a taxi from booking which is quite expensive, but it’s okay if you’re concern about safety. If you want to get a cheaper ride from the airport, order a Yandex taxi, which costs 5 euros only, but you need to have a local number for it.

Very central position and overall ok for the price. Breakfast was abundant and good, the wifi works without problems and the air conditioning as well. The room was relatively clean without any major shortcoming.

The floor I was on was undergoing renovations during my stay, with materials all over the corridors. Some of the staff speaks only limited English. Very noisy fan in the room I was in, but it's safe to assume it was only in that room. Hot water was not available during certain times - I asked the reception and they just said to "try again later", which in fact solved the problem.
