Location Breakfast Asunta she should be supervisor or manager can't remember but was very helpful

I was on the 5th Floor and the noise was unbearable. When I reported case at reception their was a relaxed approach to resolving issue. I called and talked to Asunta who immediately resolved the issue and moved us up to 10th floor in less than 30min

The rooms are new built with good view. It has good facilities like pool and gym. There are few shops around it which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop closely. Also, there breakfast was ok, not the best but ok.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton, Dubai for two nights after traveling from the USA, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After a long journey and having undergone shoulder replacement surgery just a month ago, I was exhausted when I arrived. From the moment I landed, the airport shuttle service was excellent—the driver was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage with great care. Upon arrival at the hotel, I requested an early check-in due to my shoulder pain. The front desk staff, especially Alka (apologies if I got the name wrong), was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She immediately arranged for my early check-in and assured me of any assistance I might need during my stay. Her warm and professional attitude truly made a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very pleasant. The entire experience at the hotel was fantastic, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. A special thank you to the shuttle driver who dropped me off at the airport. Since my shoulder was still healing, I had difficulty pushing the cart, and there was no wheelchair assistance available outside. He went above and beyond by personally carrying my parcels and walking me all the way inside, close to the check-in area—a level of service and kindness I truly appreciated. Having lived in the USA for 20 years, I visit Dubai every year and have always stayed at another hotel. However, after this outstanding experience, Hampton by Hilton will now be my first choice for every future visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable!

I recently stayed at Hampton hotel and it was an excellent experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The receptionist (Akita) was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, assisting with everything from check-in to local recommendations. Her warm and professional demeanor made us feel very welcome. Almost everything, they got it right. Be it ambience, facilities, swimming pool, location, it was value for money. Even their guests look modern

It appears they deliberately ensure that they wouldn't let you in before 3 pm. It is unfair. How can they be so rigid that you can check in only by 3 when you are pushed out at 12. Isn't it another corporate exploitation? They said room will be ready in 10 min but gave only around 3.15

We had an amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport Hotel! We very much appreciated the early check in, as we arrived early in the morning due to our night flight. We enjoyed the breakfast, also the coffee was excellent! We used the free shuttle bus from and to the airport. Also we used the free shuttle bus to the nearby beach. There is a bus station next to the hotel and the metro station is 10 minutes away. The rooms was very clean, the bed and sheets were very comfortable! We stayed at 7th floor and we didn’t hear any noise during our stay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, especially Indian restaurants that we enjoyed. There are also plenty of markets. We’ll definitely come back!

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had a wide variety of food for breakfast. It is an ideal location with lots of restaurants nearby and the access to the metro is easy.

We did not get the right information regarding the time the shuttle will be available at the airport, so we had to take a taxi to the hotel. The staffs at the hotel were kind enough to help us at our arrival and provided us with all the information and we were able to have an early checking.

Great staff greeting on arrival with the lovely "Mira".. very helpful and I extended the stay twice.. Good location close to the Airport, taxis a bit hit and miss, pool great and attendants there very polite.. and my room attendant was fantastic, Big shout out to "Sudarshan" nothing too much trouble and always quick to grab anything I needed.. Breakfast a bit boring same every day, not a lot of selection. All in all a good business location for a quick business visit. Airport Shuttle to and from hotel.. :)

Breakfast was ok but not a lot on offer.

I choose Hampton Dubai Hotel for its location, not around the mostly visited tourist area, but its near and close to airport so we can maximize our leisure after check out on our last day. They have Airport shuttle service so convenient for the first time traveler before familiarizing with the city, they served "Breakfast included" which i really put as "A Must" for me before going to my daily leisure destination, have a good wifi connections, no trouble, and have a swimming pool which we enjoy half day before our check out to relax as a complimentary for our staycation.

That the schedule or the shuttle driver during the arrival was not following the time or trip schedule. We almost thought there is nothing to come since he was supposedly 9:55PM at T1 but he arrived 10:05 and instead of going to Hotel from T1 he routed us at Terminal T3, though no one was with us, and no one enter the shuttle at T3, he talk to someone and sort giving probly attendance report, he said only 20mins wait, but he drived already past 11:50PM then routed back to Terminal 1 pick up guest (later we knew already lives on Hotel, probly they exit the metro knowing the schedule trip going to hotel) and proceeded to Hotel, he wasted almost 2 hours of our time.
