Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also spacious and came equipped with everything we could possibly need for an extended stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of options to start the day. The hotel's location was also in a very good neighborhood, with the bus station right next door making it super easy to get to the city center. The staff, particularly at the reception desk, were incredibly helpful and polite. We also loved the lobby area and the restaurant. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space to sit and relax, both indoors and out. We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

Location was good, a few good places to eat and very easy access to the underground, only six stops to Marienplatz. Very clean hotel and maintained to a high standard. Our room was super comfy, spacious, quiet and with nice facilities. Loved using the sauna and the gym looked perfectly okay too. Staff were very friendly in every encounter, especially so when giving me a very kind discount on the already reasonable underground parking fee I owed at the end of our stay. Breakfast was really great, a wide selection on offer to suit all tastes and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure guests were taken care of. Overall we were very happy here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have no complaints whatsoever!

Clean, warm, and welcoming. Facilities and staff were upkeeping the site, from toilets in main areas as well as tables being cleaned efficiently at the Hans im Gluck restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming with music in the needed areas. Decor was interesting but worked for some reason. Lighting in hallways was sensor based and worked reliably. Catching Uber/Transport services was easy and reliable, aswell good location to take the underground train with a 700m walk involved. For some that would be more cost effective. Ordering food was easy to do from any food service as long as you were happy to go down to the lobby area. Floors are restricted by access cards given by reception.

Bed was fairly firm and no mattress topper to bring them together. For couples, I feel this would be a much improved suggestion. Having basic plates or cups/utensils would be beneficial as only given 2 chalis like glasses. The decal of the lion in our room was a bit pixilated. Although not essential, the TV within our room did not work. No contact to on site facilities was made as not a requirement for our stay. One slight downside but for some to be aware of, much cheaper and efficient to bring some extra bottled water or own drinks as the drinks from the room service robot is limited and expensive although for some may come in handy.

Breakfast variety and quality The waitresses at the breakfast were just great, Alessandra, Stefania, Giovanna, you make us feel at home,.. grazie! The restaurant looked also pretty good and incredibly serving food til 22.30 which is pretty rare in Germany

Despite the comments and hotel’s asked questions were saying there is a garage for bicycles, there actually wasn’t any, there’s just a space in a public car park at -3 level, accessible by anyone, at the hotel Leonardo in front of which is a partner one. We left ours inside our car in the car park. It looked safer.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in a quiet area of ​​the city, quite close to a metro station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied, the staff does their best to ensure that tourists do not miss anything.

I traveled during an extremely rainy period (not the hotel's fault). I was asked for an amount of money (guarantee). Unfortunately for me, the amount was withdrawn from the card and then returned (it was not just blocked). Since the card did not have funds in Euro, I paid a withdrawal and return fee. The location is a bit far from the city center (but there are many shops in the area).

The hotel was perfect - very cosy, comfortable, luxury, nice location close to the metro station. The breakfast was very good, the room was very spacious, a lot of light in the room, very cosy and warm, a lot of places to put your belongings, a couple of places to seat and a small table you can also work, very comfortable wardrobe (as we were there for two business weeks, all these things were very important to us). Very nice burger restaurant on the ground floor, small but cosy fitness and sauna. Very nice and comfortable lobby where I stayed some of the days to work.

The location of this hotel is very good. Calm area with several grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, etc.) and certain shops. It takes around 25 minutes from this hotel to the city center (Marienplatz) by metro (from Aidenbachstraße). The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke English very well. The rooms are soundproof. We didn't hear any noise from the rooms next door. We also liked the style of the room (and of the hotel overall). It is a relatively new hotel, and the furniture looks modern and nice. The beds were big and comfortable with soft pillows. We really enjoyed our stay in NYX Hotel Munich!

green light at the elevator makes you looking like just died - Reception is sometimes nobody there and it takes some time to wait for a person - hotel bothers you several times with pre-online check-in (which is one time ok, but not 5 times) - it is not directly near to a metro-station to go to the city - room is too loud, if you need to leave the window open or if kids are in the neibour-room

Very nice hotel, clean room and toliet. Staff are friendly. Modern. Supermarkets are next to you. Bus stop, right next to hotel entrance. UBahn around 10min walk from the hotel.

Nothing. But only a bit far from the city centre. You can go to the city with either Bus 53 or Ubhn, which takes you between 20 to 30 minutes.

From the decorated reception and instagrammable lobby with candy spot, to the pink lighted elevator and up to the room, the hotel is nicely perfumed. The bed is super confortable, also the sofa was great for the kids, the room size is good. The mirrored bed and sofa, plus the way you can rotate the TV from one side to the other was nice. You have all you need in the room, and the shower is spatious. The alternative lighting is a nice touch. We will be back here, no doubt! The breakfast indeed superb, with everything fresh, enough vegetables and a variety of meat, cheese and pastry. The restaurant is a great choice for the afternoon or evening also, they have a good menu before 17.00. The location is nicely connected, you have a bus right in front of the hotel and you can reach and switch means of transport with a lot of options. They even have a bar for dogs, it is a nice way to feel welcomed and surrounded by kindness. Last but not the least, the reception staff is very friendly and kind, you find support and guidance.

It is not sound proof so I guess it depends on your luck if you bump into noisy neighbours... At first having the toilet separated from the bathroom seemed a bit odd, but in the end it was better this way. As when travelling with family there is always people walking in :)). But not in this case. Really, nothing else we did not like.
