Breakfast starts WAY too late (6:30) for business travelers. I actually heard other people groaning about it at check in. We had to wolf down ours in order to make it to the airport on time. For me, the bed was too hard. My wife liked the bed. So....

A truly excellent stay in this great new hotel. Staff are nice, the room is very clean and comfortable. The Lobby space is also an advantage, with a good vibe and spaces to eat, drink, relax or sit with the laptop (there are electricity chargers everywhere). Most importantly, the location is great and in the city center - right next to the Bazilika and close to all the famous sights, restaurants, attractions etc. To put simply - I highly recommend this place and will return here the next time I come.

Location is great close to all the sights and metro line. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing and blindingly clean! Bed was comfortable and the duvets and pillows were soft and fluffy. Breakfast had a good selection.. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We opted for a late check out and it was not an issue once we paid the late check out fee.

We liked everything. Personally, I thought the TV was massive for the room size but thats not a complaint:😀

I was very pleased with the location and we were really satisfied with the breakfast options. Food was really good, perfectly cooked, fresh, there were a lot of breakfast options from sweet to savoury, and the personnel was kind and attentive, so that nothing was missing from the buffet. They were constantly cleaning tables, as some guests were really messy. We also had beverages options as well, so everything was perfect. It was the best time of the day, gathering for breakfast woth the family in the hotel lobby. We will deffinitely choose Hampton Hotel for our future stays.

The beds could be more comfortable (the matresses) although it was not something that bothered us too much.

- center city position close to most of the top interest places to visit ( St. Stephen Basilica is at 7 minute walk, The Parliament at 15 min walk). You have the metro station around the corner, bus station, tram and trolley stations to reach any place you want in the city. - friendly staff - great atmosphere into the hotel (hallway and rooms also) - excellent cleanness on the hallway and rooms (the sheets and towels are changed almost daily) - good value for the money - numerous facility into the room (iron machine and table, hairdryer); for others you just need to ask from the front desk (flip flops) - good breakfast for all the people in the world. - free fresh water on the hallway!

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or needs, which significantly enhanced my overall comfort. For those who prioritize fitness, the gym is well-equipped with all the necessary weight equipment, a great bonus for maintaining a routine during a long or short stay. I have stayed here before. It suits my needs in the City. Parking was available. Check in was quick and simple. The staff, were friendly and efficient. The room was, comfortable and well appointed. They do not provide evening meals. But, the breakfast, was good Check out was quick and efficient

I realise, that because the Hotel, is situated right in the City centre, with parking at a premium. A payment is required. But, I felt that it was quite expensive 56 euro for the duration of my stay.

This is by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced! It exceeded the standards of a typical 3-star hotel by a mile. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was an absolute 10 out of 10! The staff were highly competent and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Budapest, with the city center less than a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel offers a free indoor parking garage, which was a fantastic convenience. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel the next time we visit Budapest!

A decent hotel, well positioned in Budapest. It is perfect for short stays 3-4 nights at most, the rooms are quite small. The room we stayed in was recently renovated, unfortunately the cleaning crew didn't do a good job in cleaning it, meaning all the rezidual dust was still there, it was only removed from the most used and obvious places, but that was like max 40% of the room surface, everything else was covered in white dust. The bedding was clean, no dust. The reception staff seemed very friendly, well prepared and ready to help you if you have questions/problems, I really appreciated my interactions with Renata and her help. The breakfast is decent for a 3 star hotel, above what I was expecting.

Wasn't cleaned accordingly after room renovations, white rezidual dust almost everywhere.
