as arrived before check in time could leave luggage in foyer securely locked up. daughter enjoyed the dinosaurs in the lobby (this was the only place we saw them). self check in and check out. washing machine in lobby area. Central to everything. about 8 minutes walk to 3 different train stations. Lawsons 1 minute walk. Room was quite large for japan. we were at the north end of the second floor. we had a triple room so 3 single beds. we pushed them together to make even more room. suitcases can fit under the bed. had a mini fridge.

unfortunately being on the second floor when we had the windows open we would often get cigarette smoke coming in.

The bath and showers were fantastic. Very clean and decent beds. Free lockers for luggage the day of check in and check out is a great service. It allowed us to grab a meal and explore Osaka a bit more after check-out before going to our next stop without having to carry cumbersome luggage.

Check in was a bit of a pain. I would've expected my information to be already entered from info pulled from booking.com but I had to enter it manually in the form. Postal code entry was only for Japanese addresses so it made it a bit more painful. Having to bring the windows digital keyboard was less than ideal to type in roman letters. Room was a bit cramped to handle and search in large luggage brought in.

Excellent value for money. They also will receive luggage forwarding. The location is super convenient too to nightlife, subway, etc.

Note the following comments are minor in nature. Unfortunately, the robots at the front are more for display, rather than ones you could talk to. Also, they do not send on luggage forwarding (you have to walk to the nearest Yamato store, but it's pretty close). I note the positioning of the shower head may be a bit confusing/awkward at first.

This was my second year in a row I have travelled to Japan and stayed in this hotel. Location is quite convenient fairly close to the the train station and is located within walking distance of Dotonbori, America-mura and Orange Street. Prime location for tourists as there is plenty of shopping and restaurant options available. The hotel offers the basic amenities required for short and long term stays.

Laundry machines do not look like they have been properly maintained as dryer function barely works and clothes came out completely soaked and smelly after use. Ended up going to nearby coin laundry service to do my laundry instead. Whilst not really a complaint, I imagine foreigner travelers who do not speak Japanese would of found having the TVs in the room pointless. I was hoping that this time around, possible NETFLIX or English cable channels would be available. Especially with the price per night being charged and on the rainy days where the weather made it difficult to enjoy a day out.

The hotel was clean and we found the hotel very quiet considering it was in a very busy area. Our room was small, which is common in Japanese hotels. We appreciated having a kettle in the room to make tea. Breakfast was included and it was of a good standard . The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Metro, shops, and the Dotombori area, which was vibrant at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinosaurs at reception were a novelty, as was the little robot in the room where a novelty

Located 5 minute walk from Dotonbori and from 2 metro stops and combinis - great location. Directly over the road is a pancake shop selling v fluffy pancakes but doesn’t open early. Rooms good size for Japanese cities and spotless. Dinosaur check in was cool. Can store luggage here. Doesn’t offer luggage transfer but can be done from combine round the corner. We loved our stay - great base for Osaka.

Self service washing machine is a little pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan, but we needed it!

Really loved staying here, the location is really good for Osaka. We went to universal as well and it was about 40 mins travelling. You are not to far from the station. The room was big for Japan and we had a separate toilet and shower. Staff were friendly. The dinosaurs were cute, we went wrong checking in, but a person came out straight away to help and then let us try again. There was always someone on hand. There is a cafe at the front as well

The robot check-in was easy and not as intimidating as I expected it to be. Plenty of food, shopping, and coffee in the area. Additionally, it is extremely close to the lights for those who want to take a stroll in the Osaka night lights of Dotonbori or Shinsaibasuji. The human staff were great as well. The bed was a weird French thing, but this is the hen na, so I gave it a try, and in the end I approve of the weird space future mattress.

The robot concierge was useless. So I don't recommend paying the upgrade. It was only a 2 dollar difference for me, but it was definitely not worth it. While I appreciate the japanese bath and toilet being in separate spaces, the water closet was a bit smaller for those taller than 6ft 2. Additionally, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work (as in it would not turn on.)

The location is very convenient, many bars, snack stalls, shopping streets nearby. Staffs are very helpful and kind with adequated English. Room is very clean perfectly. Daily housekeeping is exceptional superb. Sufficient lightening in room. I like the design of separated bathroom and toilet.

The check-in machine wasn't effiecient since many guests had to check in manually. The machines are redundant as staffs are far better than that. Low pitch sound of air-conditioner is a little bit annoying. Obvious dust was accumulated on the air-purifier vent. Hope there is a water dispenser in lobby. The above just a little bit flaw. As a whole, this hotel is exceptional!

Excellent location, and good bathroom with Japanese toilet. Dinosaur robots at the entrance were fun.

Room was very small and didn't look like the pictures on booking at all, with bed cramped into the corner and not much space even for luggage. The robot was OK, but kept in a perspex box that made it very hard of hearing (again unlike the photos). Also usability in English is basically nil, it can do more in Japanese if you can speak that. Basically book this room for the location, everything else I'd say was just OK.
