Our room was the best spacious with all the facilities. So peaceful and quiet facing the sea. We had the best mattress that we ever slept on I wish I could buy one. Housekeeping staff members were always ready to help and very graceful and polite. We only had breakfast on shabbat sumptuous and delicious. We had Friday night dinner which is a must. It was a banquet so delicious at the end of the evening we could not move from all the variety on offfer. Staff members were great. The location is excellent as it's by the sea it's very peaceful without noisy cars. Amazing Hotel will definitely return 😊

The pool area is uninviting needs updating the furniture such as sofas, chairs needs to be replaced very dated and dull looking .Colours such as reds, purple, gold would be great.

Everything was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The manager was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going ok and even called in advance of my stay to make sure I was informed of everything. Breakfast was great, the view from the cafe is stunning. Most importantly, the room was clean and in good shape! They even left a piece of cake since it was my birthday. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Just to set expectations, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel (not sure if they claim to be). Its great for the price and certainly checks all the important boxes and then some, but its not objectively the best hotel ive been to.

Perfect location for summer vacation. Very nice pool, not too big but you can choose between getting some sun or get some rest in the shade. Going to the beach is easy and literally 20 steps away. The room is big compering to other TelAviv hotels and renovated.

The elevators are almost useless. Super crowded and small. In rush hours (check in/out, breakfast) you can wait more than 10 minutes for a free elevator. I used the steps, although by it's looks you can tell this is not a guest oriented area. Tel aviv center is quite far. The breakfast area is too small when the hotel is fully booked. Breakfast variety is good but quality need some work.

Amazing stay at crown plaza beach front!!! Me and my mother recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv, and it was truly a amazing time! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. A special thanks to Lee and Jenny, the managers, who went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure every detail was just right. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a real difference in our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Nisim at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us with anything we needed. Overall, the service we received at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv was top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay !

Wonderful Experience at Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv! We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv as a group of 45 people, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality. A special shout-out to Lee Abram, who took such great care of us and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. Lee’s dedication and professionalism truly made a difference and helped make our visit memorable. We also want to thank Michael, the kitchen manager, for accommodating our large group and providing such delicious meals. Great Stay at Crowne Plaza! It’s been such a fantastic experience that what started as a weekend stay has turned into almost a week, and I’m still considering extending further! The hotel offers great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. A huge thanks to Lee and Jenny, the hotel managers, for taking care of everything I needed and making my stay truly exceptional. Their dedication and attentiveness have made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Tel Aviv!

The hotel is wonderful and it's very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is extremely helpful. Really everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and their customer service is wonderful. The location is also really perfect.

That our room was adjoined room to another room. There was a door between but it didn't block the sound. It was like we were all in the same room together. But this still didn't change our opinion on how much we enjoyed our stay and how great the hotel was.

Excellent location with direct hotel access to the beach, and close to restaurants and cafes. It’s also within walking distance to the city center. We didn’t try the breakfast, but the beds were very comfy, and the room was nice and clean. The staff were kind, efficient, and professional. They upgraded us and allowed a later checkout, which was much appreciated.

The room was quite hot, and the air conditioning didn’t do much to cool it down.

Staff very friendly and good client service, I was upgraded to an executive room, recently renovated, right at my arrival, very nice and spacious. Nice and cozy SPA/heated swimming pool/jacuzzi area, I had a very good massage. the jacuzzi water was a bit too hot for me.

unfortunately my 3 nights stay in this hotel was completely ruined by night noises which resulted in sleep deprivation for the three nights. Someone was going in and out of nearby rooms (slamming the doors) every 20/30 min from 3 am to 7 am. Hotel was very concerned about my well being and offered a refund, .

Rooms were excellent. The breakfast was superb

The fact that when arriving on a Saturday, rooms cannot be accessed before 8PM as most guests book their rooms till after the end of the Sabbath something we were not told about at the time of booking. Jenny, the mangeress, however did her best to organise 1 of the 3 rooms a couple of hours after arrival and the other 2 followed a couple of hours after that.
