Property was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site had good food at a reasonable price. It was convenient as we had driven a long way and we were too tired to go out.

I was extremely frustrated and disappointed when I went to shower in the morning and there was no hot water. I mentioned it at the front desk and was told that they were aware and would let the manager know. That did not help me in any to be able to take a shower before heading off to another day of driving. Disappointed and expected more from a Hilton brand!☹️

The hotel is immaculately clean. Although I did not exercise on this trip I poked my head into the fitness center and was amazed at how much top notch cardio and weights equipment was in there. The bedding is extremely comfortable. As I am tall I appreciate the way the shower is laid out with a lot of room for necessities and impossible for water to leak on the floor. The ZERO chemicals line of Hiltons beauty products is also impressive.

I should have paid better attention to see that breakfast is not included. It seems standard with most of these hotels to include a breakfast. But there was a breakfast buffet that had a wide range of food…Because it is a restaurant it was open until lunch time so no rush like the breakfast included hotels.

I really liked that the hotel supplied full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap for use & not those dinky bottles you get from other hotels for just 1 person. Also, the bathtub is lower than normal tubs, easier access in & out of the shower. There are no clunky old & and outdated dressers or armoires in the room, lots more space in the room to enjoy. The restaurant has really good food & is decently priced.

I & others in the hotel who came to the pool, our room keys were not able to unlock the door to get into the pool area. People had to inconveniently get out of the pool or hottub to let other people in because no ones room key was working. Also, on Saturday, a bunch of people came into the pool area, and the attendants people were not checking the pool towel supply. People had to inconveniently go to the front office to get pool towels. Other than that, it was fantastic.

The breakfast is actually a brunch as it extends from 7 AM to noon. You can choose fresh fruit, yogurt, various muffins, a variety of bread to toast . Then you can choose a variety of juices, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage and bacon. Also some vegan vegetables. Omelettes are made to order, pancakes also available. Dinner is available beginning at 6 PM.

On Boxing day Dec.26th the near by Outlet Store is very busy so the traffic is congested due to the traffic circles on route to the hotel. This is only an issue on that day and mainly till 6 PM. Otherwise we have had no travel issues even on weekends.

Dinner options in the Bistro were unique and we really enjoyed our food choices. We liked how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Very comfortable bed and good sized room. Happy to have had a wee fridge and good coffee to start off the day. I would recommend this hotel in an instant.

The only thing is that the staff at reception were not familiar with using a prepaid gift card for room payment,

We didn't have the breakfast-at the price for the room for our two day stay, it would have been nice to have the breakfast included.

I thought that the price for the room was high- on our way to Winnipeg from Ontario we stayed at US hotels which were much better value, the room was just as nice, and included breakfast in the price.

The property was well maintained. Very clean! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay. It is close to the mall (easy walking distance), car dealerships, restaurants, shops and there is a Timmy's close by to boot. We would easily stay again.

The parking lot is not huge but there is overflow parking at the beer market next door that they point out at check in. An active train line runs not far away but the rooms seem well insulated from the sound so we barely noticed.

location and amenities

front desk staff needs training and guidance. every night during my stay, the front desk is busy watching shows on their phones, calling friends, just unprofessional behavior. one morning, the front desk was eating their, mouth filled with food as I checked out!

Breakfasts were good value for money. We found sufficient in the buffet breakfast to meet our needs and the value for money was good. (Excellent compared to our later experiences in Toronto!!) We were also most appreciative of the Airport transfer on our departure.

Everything was fine. No complaints at all.

Location was good- outlet mall, restaurants, ikea right across the street. Very clean. Had to stay 2 nights to recover from a laser eye procedure, Very comfortable.

$18 for hotel guest breakfast is a bit pricey (2025). Last year it was $13 approx in 2024.
