Excellent location, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport every half an hour and from there you can get the train straight into the centre of Toronto. Our room was lovely, we were able to get a twin room which was almost impossible to find in any other hotels and perfect for me and my friend, and the price was very reasonable too! The hotel also has nice pool, a gym and spa though we didn't get to use these, and laundry services for a small charge. The staff were really nice as well. Overall a great stay!

It's a little annoying that the housekeeping staff will knock on your door and try and come in to clean your room if you forget to put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. This happened a couple times while we were still in bed. I know they are just doing their job but I feel it would be better if they would not come in unless you've specifically put the sign on to say you want cleaning. Also there were very few vegan options at the breakfast, which was annoying as we had paid for breakfast but there wasn't much for my friend to eat.

I liked the professionalism of the front desk staff, the location and transportation by shuttle to and from the airport were great.

Buffet spread breakfast met my health needs.

The moment I left my table to get another plate for fruits during breakfast, the next person has taken my place where I was first seated. This happened on two (2) occasions. The lights on the writing table is extremely dark, not good for people like me who is on a work trip. If it was for vacation, then it will be all right. take a look at the lights on the writing table at The Holiday Inn Express West at Ambler Drive and then you will have a better understanding of what I mean.

Breakfast was well above expectations

(1)In all correspondence the hotel refers to itself as the 'Airport' Holiday inn without giving a terrestrial address. There are three Holiday inns using shuttle buses to the airport pick up point none of these are branded 'Airport' we had no idea which bus to take and were as a result stranded for more than an hour in the freezing cold and sleet trying to find out which was the one we needed. Please mark one of the buses as "airport holiday inn" or advise the customers how to identify the correct bus when corresponding. (2) there are two pick up points at the international terminal of Pearson airport, they are quite close together, some buses use one some the other it would be helpful if the two points displayed the names of the hotels served at the respective pick up points.

Location was excellent and I made good use of the airport shuttle to use the UP express to downtown- Pool, gym and ice machine on floor 4 were good value- Breakfast buffet was a good selection and set you up for the day

The bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed and would come way from the mattress every night- Noises from people leaving and arriving were occurring all through the night- (gaps around the bedroom door stopped it from being any where near soundproof- Black out curtains were useful but didn’t meet in the middle-

The free shuttle was handy, but info on the timetable and which bus you needed would have been helpful prior to arrival as Internet was limited to be able to check. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Most staff were very friendly and helpful.

The member of staff on reception when we arrived was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was included in our stay, but she refused to confirm this. Luckily, it was all sorted at breakfast time. The aircon in the room was very noisy, and it would blast on at random intervals (couldn't find a way to turn it off)

It was in a great location and close to hop on the highway . The pool was huge and very nice with open windows all around. The restaurant had wonderful buffet breakfast and the dinner was also amazing. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They really have amazing customer service . The rooms were very clean and they were looked after everyday . I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely go back . There is also a spa on site as well if you need to unwind and relax.

The parking was in parking garage and not many spots are available outside . I didn’t like that I had to walk out and up hill to get to my vehicle . The charge was also on top of the hotel fee. Which was quite upsetting.

The hotel is close to the airport terminals at Toronto International Airport. Check in was smooth and efficient and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable.

The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom was very noisy so we had to switch it off so we could sleep. Some adult guests in the breakfast room were walking about in their pajamas. Surely a dress code could have been enforced as guests were met as they entered the breakfast room.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and cozy, loved the heated flooring in the bathroom. TV was easy to use. We loved the restaurant for both dinner and the complimentary breakfast and the food was delicious. Hotel Staff service was exemplary, The Shuttle service was a blessing.

The air conditioning noise and constant running water noise made sleep nearly impossible. We both woke tired and not refreshed for the 22 hours of flying that lay ahead of us. Very disappointing.
