I liked the professionalism of the front desk staff, the location and transportation by shuttle to and from the airport were great.

It was in a great location and close to hop on the highway . The pool was huge and very nice with open windows all around. The restaurant had wonderful buffet breakfast and the dinner was also amazing. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They really have amazing customer service . The rooms were very clean and they were looked after everyday . I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely go back . There is also a spa on site as well if you need to unwind and relax.

The parking was in parking garage and not many spots are available outside . I didn’t like that I had to walk out and up hill to get to my vehicle . The charge was also on top of the hotel fee. Which was quite upsetting.

Easy check in and out. Shuttle was on time for check out.

There are about 4 or 5 different shuttles for Holiday Inn around Toronto Airport, and they only take you to their respective Holiday Inns. The shuttles are not labelled very clearly. It would be nice if there was a giant number on the front back and side of each shuttle so people look for the right number shuttle. I had to ask all the Holiday Inn Shuttles which location they serve before getting the right one.

The amenities and location made this hotel stand out from others. I paid a little over my budget because it was a good value for what I was looking for within the timeframe. Great for those who don't have a car and want to go into Toronto, but also good even so because Toronto is better to get to by public transportation.

There were no rooms with 2 beds at the time I booked. This wasn't a huge deal as the benefits of this place far outweighed this problem, you just need to plan ahead if you want 2 beds here especially around the holidays.

The gentleman at the front desk was a super guy! There was a payment issue between the hotel and booking, he set us up regardless and after we were done he got the issue resolved. He even called me in our room to let me know it was fixed. Parking was easy and plentiful. We couldn't find our room, a lady from the cleaning staff took a few seconds out of her busy day to help us find it. We asked about catching a cab downtown, when we were introduced to the UP train. Another gentleman took us to the meeting room on the roof to show us around, tell us about the train, and show the city a little. We found out way around no problem thanks to him. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The bed was super comfortable! I'll go back there for sure, with that service. Give that entire team a huge bonus on their next pay day.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

We live a long enough distance from the airport that when we have a very early international flight we stay overnight near the airport. We have tried several hotels but intend to return here next time. One of the factors in choosing this hotel was proximity to a restaurant where we intended to eat. In the end, after checking it out, we ate at the hotel and were happy that we did. We even returned to the bar later for a nightcap. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The cost was competitive for the location. Access to the airport was super quick.

The fan on the heating unit was noisy and ran continuously all night.

Location for our event was perfect, food was amazing, hotel staff was very nice, room was very clean, accomodating staff for a website mistake.

Desk staff on our arrival did not give us the info required for our stay...forgot to mention breakfast hours, didnt ask about parking. Then at breakfast time they told us we were too late for the included breakfast but let us chose from the menu at no charge. Noticed at check out there were HST fees for the breakfast which was never told to us. Second morning we were rudely welcomed to the restaurant as we only had 10 mins left for breakfast. Felt they were throwing us out...

The property was very nice looking in the lobby. And the room was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was great. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the staff at the desk were also fantastic. They helped me immediately when I went to them with requests. The staff made my stay very enjoyable and I would 100% go back. The shuttle service is also excellent.

I saw a cockroach in the elevator, which was concerning. And the hot food at the breakfast buffet was too cold. The turkey sausages were hard to chew because they were over cooked. But I made it work.

We had a layover in Toronto of 19 hours so we decided to book this hotel for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised and the service was great. AJ picked us up in the hotel shuttle and he was very helpful. Front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. Overall it was a good hotel.

Rooms/bathrooms and hallways seemed a little outdated but it was clean and well maintained.
