The staff were excellent! They were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is nice and well kept. Steak tacos at the restaurant were delicious, and again the wait staff were friendly and attentive.

They advertise a free airport shuttle, but trying to book from the airport to the hotel was unsuccessful. I contacted them through booking.com and they referred me to an email contact, and told me they don't always have a shuttle and sometimes there's a fee. I emailed at the address they provided 2 days before our trip and never received a response. Hence we walked about 20 minutes schlepping our luggage.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 1 night due to a mess up with flights we were unable to make it to our destination so we had to book here last minute and we arrived about 1am. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only issue was we landed in terminal 1 I think but had no idea how to get the hotel from there at 1am so a message with some help related to this would be good. We ended up paying I think 1000 pesos for a taxi as we had no internet either to find another way - it was a 5 min drive. The taxi price isn’t a fault of the hotel but it would be helpful to receive more proactive comms from the hotel regarding this. Also this hotel cost more than every other hotel we booked for our time in Mexico - we stayed in each other hotel for 3/4 nights and this one only 1 night.

The location, across the street from the airport. The room is large and the bed very comfortable. Fast WIFI for work. Staff at reception very friendly. Great place for a night before catching a flight.

The restaurant. Dinner was unfortunately very bad ( the fish was overcooked, dry and flaky with a crust of burned cheese over it which wasn't mentioned in the menu, the mash potato was seriously lumpy and tasted pretty bad, and the vegetables didn't look fresh at all ). It was so bad that I barely touched it. I never had such bad food in Mexico to be honest and I wasn't expecting to find it in a good standard hotel. I can only hope it was an accident and that others have better luck but I definitely won't be dining there again.

The hotel breakfast offered a lot of options, from waffles to make-your-own chilaquiles. They even had almond milk for the coffee! You can also walk to the hotel from the airport, which is amazing. No need to wait for the free shuttle (unless you have a ton of luggage). The gym and pool both looked really nice, but I didn't have a chance to check them out.

I ordered a pizza from the pool bar, which was underwhelming. Note that the menu at the pool bar and the restaurant downstairs have the same menu. The pool bar was also a bit understaffed, but they did their best.

I was told the airport shuttle was 24 hrs and leaving at 5:30, the night staff said it wasn’t available . I explained theirs nobody on the shuttle but she said it wasn’t available until 7:30am. Therefore I contacted an Uber when the shuttle driver came in and said he was available. Very poor communication from the night staff, I asked her to phone a taxi and she said it wasn’t possible , I would have to walk 20-25 min to terminal 4. Please educate your staff better. Thank you

Friendly staff. Good soundproofing, quality furniture, and flooring. Beautiful mirror with lighting in the bathroom. Great and clean pool, which is regularly maintained, with towels and loungers available. Beautiful locations - the gym windows overlook the pool. Breakfast is decent: plenty of pastries, scrambled eggs, regular and decaf coffee, vegetables, orange juice, and you can make waffles. Close to the airport, within walking distance to Terminal 2.

Breakfast is for an additional fee. The room door was hard to open. The TV remote didn’t work initially but it was quickly fixed. Dirty bed linen. The room is small, although the renovation is nice. The window didn’t open, only air conditioning was available. The TV doesn’t support YouTube. No nearby pharmacies. Noise in the corridor at night.

Near hotel ... although you should make it clear that it really is near Terminal 2 . We got off at Terminal 4 and that is very far Rooms are comfortable and facilities are functional

Could have had faster checking in process ... had to wait a lot even with three people at reception. One was not doing anything ... probably she was supervisor of the other two working Lights in the room could be brighter

We chose this place to spend a night before heading further to Merida the next day. Everything was amazing and really comfortable. I appreciate the floor in the shower. Usually, the flooring is very slippery in most of the hotels I've been staying in, but here it was rough and not slippery. It seems like a minor thing, but I appreciated it immensely. Staff was very helpful and kind. The food (we had breakfast buffet, and also lunch in the restaurant) is a good transition from European food to Mexican.

There's nothing. Hotel fully serves its purpose as a transition point from ones flight to further adventures in Mexico.

hotel is completely new so the facilities are great. nice room and bathroom, a great pool and the restaurant was surprisingly fairly price (I always find them overpriced at airport hotels) location was amazing you can walk to the terminal and avoid the scam that are taxis in cancun

super expensive, and didn’t even include breakfast. the floors in our room weren’t clean also at check in we were asked for a 5000mex$ deposit on our credit card which I found very unusual. when I asked about it the staff was rude and told me it’s common practice in all hotels - we stayed in 5 hotels in the past 2 weeks and none asked for a deposit. they could have handled it better
