The food, size of the pool and helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Stayed in Sunrise which appeared to be the 1st of the 3 resorts built on the property. The countertops and areas if the floors were stained, chipped, etc.

Nice food everywhere, also the live music is very good and pool staff also friendly

My point of view, huge resort, you better have good physical condition otherwise could take you between 10-15 min to go from one lobby to the other and restaurants

Bed and pillows were superb! Facilities were good, and staff were polite and friendly

The food was too salty. I went to a steak house, and I left all the pieces of meat, and my kids did the same because of pieces of salt in all meats.

Great amenities such as pool and restaurants. Very well maintained. Loved the golf cart system and its staff! Very friendly staff!

Unfortunately, due to algae the beach was not accessible (wonder if the small strip of algae and debris could have been cleaned). There were often trays from room service left unattended for extended periods of time in front if rooms. Presentation for membership at Moon Palace and “bonus system” is a well-oiled machine and incredibly genius from the business perspective but an annoyance and rip-off for guests. Will be smarter next time…

Plenty of options for everyone.

Shame about the sea water, also I think transfers to the other palace resorts should be free to all residents and not just elite club members.

The hotel and pool are beautiful. Nice amenities and activities, especially for kids - my main focus, staff was very friendly and the (mainly Mexican) food was amazing - although very similar everyday. The options at the coffee corner are amazing, don’t miss it and great food options at the pool too!!

The closest lift to our room was not working half of our stay. We had a stroller and made it harder for us. Missing some outdoor playground area for kids - the indoor playroom is too noisy, but very well equipped. There’s a big space behind the kids’ pool that you can use for outdoor play ;)

We loved the pool, the restaurants and the nightly entertainment. Our kids enjoyed every moment of our stay. A true all inclusive experience! Everything that you need in one place! OUTSTANDING STAFF! - Pier 8- November 27- Ramon took good care of us during lunch that we we went back for dinner and he was exceptional! - Gondola - November 28 and 30, December 2 - Eduardo Carillo and Alexis Tun - The best duo! We celebrated my wife's birthday on the 30th and they made it extra special! Our last evening was above and beyond our expectations! - Pool side- Santiago - he made sure we were taken cared of and well hydrated!

They need more omelet stations.

We enjoyed the facility the service the staff and all the amenities that we received. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

When booking our trip we thought we were staying at Sunrise. That’s what our booking stated but when we arrived at the resort we were told that we were staying at Nizurc. So the transportation took us to Sunrise annd we had to wait in line for an hour to be told we were at the wrong place and then wait to be taken to Nizurc, and we had to be picked up at the same location to return home which caused a lot of issues the day we were leaving.

Moon Palace is huge, with lots of pool area and places to chill by the pool. Looks like lots of things to do and places to eat. Room was nice, and had comfy beds.

We stayed here only 1 night to be close to airport and to take advantage of the cool pools for our daughter. We don't normally stay at giant places like this. I'm sure its great for some people, but was not really our type of place. Its like Vegas, the people come here and don't leave. And make sure to pack something nice to wear, because the restaurants all have dress codes at night, otherwise its all buffet for you. Also pool closes at 5 which is kind of bummer. And beaches and water were super dirty at the time we visited.
