Great 😃 breakfast

The room was nice and clean. It was large and the bed was so comfortable. The water was nice and hot. The couch was comfortable. The TV was nice. The room was nice and cool. The staff at check in was very nice and patient. She asked me how I was doing and how my trip was coming in to town. She made sure I was properly checked in and that I was accomodated with the best service possible.

The construction that was happening at the hotel. That fact that breakfast was next store at the Residence Inn.

My son loved the swimming pool. The location was pretty close to restaurants, etc. Nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was always pretty good as well.

Room smelled musty and somewhat like cigarette smoke. The pullout bed is old and not comfy. You for sure need new beds. My son normally loves sleeping on those, but not this time. We were right next to the weight room as well. Super loud early in the morning with weights hitting the ground,

Good shower area, bathroom good but the toilet paper holder was out of reach! Room service was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and the food was terrific.

The heated pool was not heated until the day spring training started. The heater was not turned on until late in the month of February. There were no instructions on how to use the TV remote. The remote is not user-friendly.

Great location with safe parking. The suite was spacious. Good breakfast with lots of options. The staff replenished supplies often.

Our room was close to the front desk, and there was loud talking there about 1 am, which was a bit disturbing. The refrigerator was not really keeping anything cool and had no thermostat to turn up the chill. Other than that the stay was great.

I really love staying here. They make me feel welcome and the free breakfast is so amazing and always. So yummy and me and my nephews and my children have so much fun playing in the pool and the fireplaces are so nice and I love this place so much with all my heart. It exceeded my expectations, yes, definitely. Oh, it's so rude.

I made the payment by booking, when I arrived to the hotel ask me for my credits card and make a "provisionally charge" because Booking don't make the payment when I made since Jun 10. I don't understand the benefits of pay earlier or when I create a reservation if the hotel charges again, now I need to wait to the hotel don't make the charge to my credit card.

Great location for the arena in Glendale. Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was very good, loads of choice

Shower toiletries were great but would have been nice to have a body lotion or similar

Not enough counter space to put stuff on, especially the night stand. Also the water was H O T!!! I burn my feet and hands, there was no cold water!! I called down stairs and they opened up another room for us to finish showering but that to was H O T!!!

The breakfast was much better than I expected. The time start to end is tooo Short especially on a weekend you can start later.

The hotel needs to have a SHUTTLE You can share with others nearby hotels. Everyone I met stated the same thing. That would be the no 1 reason as the Huber was $100.
