Great 😃 breakfast

The room was nice and clean. It was large and the bed was so comfortable. The water was nice and hot. The couch was comfortable. The TV was nice. The room was nice and cool. The staff at check in was very nice and patient. She asked me how I was doing and how my trip was coming in to town. She made sure I was properly checked in and that I was accomodated with the best service possible.

The construction that was happening at the hotel. That fact that breakfast was next store at the Residence Inn.

My son loved the swimming pool. The location was pretty close to restaurants, etc. Nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was always pretty good as well.

Room smelled musty and somewhat like cigarette smoke. The pullout bed is old and not comfy. You for sure need new beds. My son normally loves sleeping on those, but not this time. We were right next to the weight room as well. Super loud early in the morning with weights hitting the ground,

Hotel was close to everything we needed, room was large, bed was comfy and staff was very friendly and willing to get what we needed. Breakfast was nice but needed to be switched up some days

The breakfast was the same every day. When u are staying many days or a week it would b nice to have a variety or something different other than the same things everyday

Good shower area, bathroom good but the toilet paper holder was out of reach! Room service was great. The breakfasts were wonderful and the food was terrific.

The heated pool was not heated until the day spring training started. The heater was not turned on until late in the month of February. There were no instructions on how to use the TV remote. The remote is not user-friendly.

Not bad but also not nearly as friendly and homelike as the property on Ball Road, which is where we thought we were returning. We have stayed on Ball Road several times when we drive down from Chino Valley for medical care at Banner Health…parking, location, room configuration, and friendly staff are simply much better at the Ball Road location…we won’t be making that mistake ever again!

The hotel was very clean. I loved that the lobby was stocked with amenities like (wine, chips, candy). Loved my room. I loved the living area was separated from the bedroom area. The bed and pillows were perfect.

Coffee maker in the room did not work, but the coffee in the lobby made up for it.

Great location with safe parking. The suite was spacious. Good breakfast with lots of options. The staff replenished supplies often.

Our room was close to the front desk, and there was loud talking there about 1 am, which was a bit disturbing. The refrigerator was not really keeping anything cool and had no thermostat to turn up the chill. Other than that the stay was great.

I really love staying here. They make me feel welcome and the free breakfast is so amazing and always. So yummy and me and my nephews and my children have so much fun playing in the pool and the fireplaces are so nice and I love this place so much with all my heart. It exceeded my expectations, yes, definitely. Oh, it's so rude.

Open, spacious, calming motif…ease of use

Entrance signage completely inadequate… such a beautiful building and a tiny sign you can’t even see when the sun is low, blinding you… confusing for self-drivers, could cause traffic issues, incidents… really poor first impression for new guests
