Very clean and beautiful property. Lots of good and well lighted parking. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Very modern and beautiful decor. Vending room was well stocked and ice machine worked. The bed's were very comfortable.

The customer service was not so good. The attendant was not friendly and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I've been in the hotel travel industry for over 40 years and I notice everything when I travel. Unfortunately this poor customer service is what I will remember most about this property.

Breakfast was good, dining area was very nice. Lots of room, laid out well. Nice selection of food.

Bathroom in my room had a loose toilet seat, bolts that hold the seat in place were cracked/broken. Potential danger for guests with decreased mobility and balance. Hair dryer was also cracked and missing the cover, inner workings are exposed, danger of injury.

Ali at the front desk checked us in quickly and was very courteous. Lobby, front desk and breakfast area were very clean. Breakfast area was refilled promptly. Waffles were very good!

Room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Using a cloth shower curtain without a liner does not keep water inside the shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was great. coffee all night. The location was good not far from Kings Dominion and plenty of eating places. also was given early check-in. The lobby was beautiful and free time to play mini golf .

There was no pool, but it was still a nice setup .

I like the whole thing I mean Quality Inn is a very good hotel or motel and I would stay there every time at any of the qualities they are awesome and I thank you all very very much for being there for all of us when we're out on the road and the staff was fabulous the rooms were very very clean and I was well pleased thank you thank you thank you

Very clean, visually pleasing, great breakfast, great room

The next room noises could be heard very loudly as if they were in the same room. The dog barking next room kept us up several times throughout the night. Will not book another pet friendly hotel or inn!

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was hot and delicious. They let my golden retriever stay for a fair price. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. At first, I worried the location close to the highway would be noisy, but I never really noticed the traffic sounds.

I can't think of anything.

Super easy check in and out. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Only 10-15 mins from Kings Dominion.

They did not have bacon with their breakfast.

The bed frame were to far out I got scape on one leg and my other leg I got gash bleeding from the bed frame,no protection guard on the end of frames,

The room was perfect but the ceiling fan in the barh room was noisy. The room was exceptionally quiet and the bed was great. The breakfast was great as well.
