Very clean and beautiful property. Lots of good and well lighted parking. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Very modern and beautiful decor. Vending room was well stocked and ice machine worked. The bed's were very comfortable.

The customer service was not so good. The attendant was not friendly and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I've been in the hotel travel industry for over 40 years and I notice everything when I travel. Unfortunately this poor customer service is what I will remember most about this property.

I like the whole thing I mean Quality Inn is a very good hotel or motel and I would stay there every time at any of the qualities they are awesome and I thank you all very very much for being there for all of us when we're out on the road and the staff was fabulous the rooms were very very clean and I was well pleased thank you thank you thank you

Very clean, visually pleasing, great breakfast, great room

The next room noises could be heard very loudly as if they were in the same room. The dog barking next room kept us up several times throughout the night. Will not book another pet friendly hotel or inn!

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was hot and delicious. They let my golden retriever stay for a fair price. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. At first, I worried the location close to the highway would be noisy, but I never really noticed the traffic sounds.

The location. Great little town with numerous dining options around. 10 minute ride to kings dominion. Had dominos deliver one night with no problems. for the price I couldn’t beat it at all. free continental breakfast was descent. exactly what I would expect from something like this.

one of the locks on the door was broken and you had to be careful with the shower curtain or the floor would get soaking wet. nothing to deter me from never going back. couldn’t complain for the location and price.

The location was pretty good in relation to Randolph Macon College and area fast food restaurants. Good coffee in the lobby anytime.

Maid service was a little slack. We stayed two nights but trash wasn't removed.

location is perfect, right off I-95. Quiet. Pleasant staff

I’ve machine on 2nd floor (I was on First) but being a 3-story building, it was located in the middle, adjacent to elevator. Sounds petty but after staying at hotels with full refrigerator with ice maker, was spoiled

Road trip so proximity to I95. Quiet. Restaurant a short distance from hotel, Marco’s Italian Bar & Grill was excellent, great staff & ambiance but casual dining.

Breakfast is included but limited ….

At check in we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, I then ask the staff /Johnny if we could have a room on the first floor instead and he accommodated my request on the spot and was very pleasant. I Stay here every year when traveling through this area, Can't say there's anything I don't like about this place! Staff is always v nice and accommodating and the rooms clean and comfortable.

Not much.

Very noisy room. Breakfast was not good, eggs cold, sausage not cooked well. No juice. Orange had out sign on it. Apple juice didn’t have a sign but there was only water no juice.
