The hotel is uniquely decorated, very quiet, and conveniently located downtown.

The parking gates frequently failed to recognize the key cards for entrance/exit, requiring a call to the front desk each time. The elevators all work in separate call buttons, which means you have to push all three or fight with everyone who hasn't figured it out yet to ride the first, single elevator. Then, if you do push all three, you get on the first elevator to arrive and leave people riding the other three elevators to stop on your floor.

We all liked the room. We stayed on the 15th floor and the theme was 'gaming'... so my kids loved it, especially the room decor. The parking was convenient and easy to access. The location is great and we were able to walk down 16th street and see all of the shops and nightlife activities. The staff is really fantastic; our front desk person (I forget her name now) but she was great. We had an incredible breakfast which we all absolutely loved, and our server was amazing as was the supervisor! Overall, if we are ever in Denver again, we will stay here!

Only thing that was difficult was the elevator availability. The elevators were a bit slow, and we were there at a time with many guests, so it took a bit longer to be able to catch an elevator.

Very convenient location. Centrally located and easy to get to everything we wanted to go see/do. Also liked the proximity to the Performing Arts center. Fun restaurants very close to the hotel.

Can't honestly think of anything. It was a fun, quirky, spunky location. Maybe the only that I can think of is that the shower curtain didn't really prevent water from splashing into the bathroom. Not a big deal, but maybe a glass door would be better.

The creativity of the hotel, Breakfast was amazing! Once on-site, the hotel staff was warm and available.

Before check-in, I couldn't reach the front desk. I tried sending an electronic message and I tried calling 7 times. I had questions about accessing the hotel with limited mobility and there was no assistance.

The hotel room was ok, with facilities to brew coffee or prepare tea water. I was happy to find a small fridge in the hotel room - perfect if you want to experience American food that you choose directly when shopping at the food store (a short drive from the hotel with an Uber). I would be happy to return to this hotel later on. I received my room at bit after the checking in time, with an excure from the hotel personnel in the reception. No bit problem, but as a compensation I received a free meal in their bar... Thank you, Courtis hotel - welcoming attitude.

The view from the window was not really exciting, but I didn't expect to much before I came... I am not sure I have so many other comments here.

Location was amazing. Close to downtown, ball arena and Larimer square.

This was more of a family friendly hotel than a romantic weekend away from home. Each floor is themed, our floor was the fun and games floor. The elevator announces it every time you go on the floor. I think kids would enjoy it but for just my husband and I we thought it was kind of creepy.

The people at the front desk and servers at the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stylish, the daily cleaning service was appreciated, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We loved the design features throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby. That was a feature that drew us to select the hotel.

There was a long wait to use the bathrooms in the lobby. We later found out that one of the rooms was locked because it didn't work but no one placed a sign on it. Everyone was waiting and getting frustrated because no one was coming out of the second bathroom. People were also concerned that someone needed help because over 20 minutes had passed. It would have saved frustration and a waste of time if there was a "not working" sign on the door.

Location was good and convenient for downtown area.

The fact that it costs $45 extra a day to park your car. That is outrageously high and ought to be stated clearly when booking the room. I wasn’t happy about this. For the price of the room it ought to be included in the price.

Parking was easy - seems they were doing some renovations. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Staff was excellent!

They have done their best with an old building. Its quirky and fun. Staff were amazing. Location is perfect for going to sporting events and all things downtown.

Kind staff for the most part. One person told me “I can’t help you” which was weird, but other than that, it was great!

$45 parking that I didn’t know about. Booking.com needs to add that information to their site
