The staff was incredibly accommodating! When I came before my check-in time, they found an extra space for me to get ready for a wedding since my room wasn't ready yet.

My room had a super loud AC unit in it. It kept cycling throughout the night and woke me up a few times.

check in was easy and fast, front desk staff was helpful, to help pool looked really nice and I hope next time I remember to bring my swim shorts. Room was quiet

the carpet in the room looks like it should be replaced

Great hot tub with hours til midnight. Good hot breakfast. Room was adequate.

Bathroom shower faucets have a learning curve. One light didn’t work. Front desk help only comes out when rang. Little inconveniences, nothing major.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The towels were fluffy. It was quiet and convenient considering all the road construction.

The ice machine was out of order.

Easy to find. Places to eat near by.

Room felt damp. Unsupervised kids throwing traffic cones in the pool area. Place is in need of new pillows.

Check-in staff was rude to a customer that called about the A/C. And talked so much crap about them.
