With my wife we spent only one night. We already went to Miami Beach before and we've choosen this hotel to join the Miami Beach's atmosphere during our last night before to travel. The room was extremely clean, cozy with comfy mattress. The professional and nice receptionist welcomed us with a big smile, providing all information we needed and allowed us to made the early check-in. Location top, close to the beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln, Española way and Collins. Free bus loop A and B. So, the bus number 150 is well connected with the international airport, it takes 35/40 minutes, 2.25 USD ticket price one way (otherwise5,50 USD the daily ticket). With the bus number 100 you can get Downtown in 25 minutes roughly speaking. From Downtown you can get also the Metrover for free and continue to visit other sides of Miami. A trip to visit the Everglades is highly recommended. It's plenty of travel agencies that can arrange it for you easily bus. Thank you and hope to see you soon. Walter and Marianna.

Special thanks to Ms Augustino and Ms Isabel at the reception, they were so friendly and gave us very useful advices throughout our stay! The Hotel is excellent at a pleasant location just a few blocks from the wonderful Miami Beach and close to many beautiful restaurants. The room is spacious and has everything for a nice stay. Having Netflix and YouTube available on TV was a great plus! A parking lot is just next to the Hotel, and the AC, frigidaire, Hair dryer working well. Will definitely come back again, a huge thanks to all Greenview Hotel by Lowkl Team!

The location of the hotel is excellent: a couple of streets from the beach, a short walk to Ocean Drive and right next to the pedestrianised part of Lincoln Road full of shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel provides beach towels and has an arrangement for guests to get beach chairs free of charge. The rooms are quite basic and not large - but more than adequate for visiting the city, with up-to-date plumbing and a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, Keurig coffee maker). The hotel is an art deco building with a beautiful period lobby area. The staff respond to queries by email immediately, very politely and clearly (after 6pm there is no-one at reception, hence the use of email for a couple of queries).

The view out the room window is just one big wall ... not the hotel's fault: it is a new building being constructed right next door, so that one can't see anything else (a sad development from the perspective of the Greenview). We were unlucky in that the coffee machine in the room didn't work and there were a couple of other minor issues, probably due to the previous room occupants rather than a systemic issue with the hotel. The elevator was out of order too but was being repaired when we checked out. There was some space to hang clothes in the room but other storage space was limited. Everything was fine in other respects - we were probably just a bit unlucky with the coffee machine, elevator, etc. and our experience shouldn't put others off.

You get what you pay for in terms of amenities and facilities, but in terms of service and location, you get so much more. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. My only regret was not booking it for my entire stay. They accommodated us with an early check-in, which was a huge plus since we had so many bags. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. I’m definitely coming back!The bathroom was a pleasant surprise—modern, clean, and spacious.

The only reason I’m mentioning what I didn’t like is because Booking asked! The lights were a bit dim and dark, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to the convenience of the location. If I were on my honeymoon, it would probably be perfect!

The location was great for the beach, art deco area, the Big Bus tour, eating places, shops and the bus to the airport. It was all very convenient. The in-room facilities were useful and the shower room was stylish. Everything was clean.

The room was quite small with just one chair and felt very basic. The window was on to a side alley with waste bins. We were on the first floor and the room doors are impossible to close quietly because of the big locks so it was quite noisy.

Close to beach ⛱️ and shops

Take out trash to outside and front desk service. You had to look or knock on door to get any service, but was helpful after you could locate them. When people are traveling, they don't like to be responsible for trash. Also there was a big basket of towels/ wash cloths in front of service desk when you walk in kinda looks like an "eye sore". The hotel when you walk in has a pleasant smell. Lobby was small, but ok 👍.

Best location, after searching and comparing for a long time. Buses all around. Nice room, comfortable, great to have a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. Beds too soft, if it's a problem for you (for me a bit). There were food leftovers in the fridge, from previous guests, and lots of hairs in one of the towels. Easy check in. Never seen any personnel, but it was not a problem. Smart TV and lights were great.

Good location, close to everything

I did not know that there was not a front desk person available at anytime. I did not receive the code to access the hotel, so When I arrived I was locked outside. I was never warned that I had to fill out a form in order to receive the access code. That was awful. I was lucky that another customer let me use her phone to call the 24 hour assistance, otherwise I would had to sleep outside as my phone did not work in the USA.

The most helpful staff, excellent location and spacious room with giant tv and excellent wifi. Clean and well organised bathroom. This was one of my favourite hotel stays. And a big shout out to the staff who were beyond helpful, so kind and willing to go above and to assist with everything from wifi connectivity, getting to the airport via Uber and directions to some great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again without a doubt.

The location is really good. It was very close to the beach; all the cafes, restaurants, and shopping stores were within walking distance. The cleanliness was okay, we slept without any issues. The air conditioning didn't cool well, which was its biggest downside. Also, don't just skim through like us, the discounted parking is not the parking spot right next to the hotel. Overall was okay for one night. Not for the week but you can stay for 1 or 2 days.
