The Hotel is at a great location on the Collin’s Ave, very close to restaurants, CVS and small shops, as well to Ocean Drive. The front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, polite and competent. The room was for our needs good sized, very clean, they have a fridge, TV, hair dryer, soap, shampoo etc. from a very good quality brand. The cleaning staff was discreet and diligent. They have a beach access just down the street, and you can get your towels at the front desk. The valet service was quick and reliable, for the Miami parking rates on the cheaper end.

The only thing I was missing as a woman was the full length mirror and a makeup mirror 😉

The boutique hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little small but most of the rooms in Miami are small. Love the location because it is away from the crowd but it walking distance to Lincoln Drive and to South Beach. The hotel staff is nothing but polite and wonderful people. Visited last year and returned again because of the kind hotel front desk and hotel staff. They were so very helpful in accommodating to me. Love this boutique hotel. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants is a plus!

This is a simple, small boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are clean but small. There are no amenities like a coffee machine in the room, or free coffee in the lobby, but there is a lovely counter cafe on the property for coffee, snacks, etc. It feels like a small European hotel, definitely not like a sprawling American style hotel/motel. I appreciated that this is an adults only hotel. The decor is simple, but comfortable, the rooms are small, the bldg is historic art deco. It is located next to a night club, we were able to shut the double doors and play white noise to not be bothered, but I can see there is a potential to be disturbed by the thumping music. The rate was fair in comparison with other hotels nearby.

The lack of free coffee either in the room, or a coffee service in the lobby. This is a basic amenity offered at most hotels, basic to luxury.

Hotel Greystone really felt like a home away from home. Everybody was really nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the rooftop bar. If you get the chance, try the Severene Restaurant. We had a great Thanksgiving dinner there.

Our room facing the street was really loud on the weekend. The hotel provided us with earplugs. If you’re comfortable wearing them, you should be fine. My ears are just so small that they hurt me after a couple of hours.

We had an amazing experience at the Greystone hotel! The service was top-notch, especially the friendly staff at the reception (during all shifts). The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Beach access was a major highlight, and despite a slightly chilly pool, it provided a relaxing atmosphere. We had a spacious room in the main building on the third floor, it was very quiet. The bar and food were fantastic, and we even enjoyed a delightful comedy show on Wednesday night. We wholeheartedly recommend Greystone and can't wait to return on our next visit to Miami!

Location is perfect, walking distance to everything! Front desk, cleaning crew and the lovely gal at the KOBO cafe were awesome attentive and very helpful at all times. I have to say the bed was super comfortable and allowed us to sleep soundly even with all the outside noise!

Walls are very thin and you can hear it all! Also, wish the rates had been better but given the NYE holiday weekend it was somewhat expected. Lastly, when stating breakfast included with the rate it should be specified what type is included to avoid surprises. We received continental breakfast and at the rate paid wish it had been a nice American breakfast instead.

The staff were absolutely excellent. So, so helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the hotel is wonderfully situated. We also loved the additional amenities of the day pass for a brilliant gym nearby and the beach space, both of which were unexpected. We will definitely be back when we visit Key West one day, we will also fully recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were amazing, rooftop pool area was nice and it was an easy stroll to Ocean Dr. The foyer and bar area were nice areas to enjoy.

Our garden terrace room wasn't well insulated against noise. Unfortunately we were woken up several times throughout the night due to a closeby nightclub and the road traffic noise. In fairness, they did have ear buds on the bedside but I could still hear the noise while using them.

Awesome location. We checked in at midnight and a restaurant on the corner was still open.Everywhere we went was less than a minute ride and only about $8 in an uber. Staff was awesome! Kelli and the night crew were amazing and so much fun. My room was very cute and clean. Housekeeping was very attentive.

Bar was EXPENSIVE! 2 drinks were $60!!! Rooftop pool was small and didn't feel very rooftop. It was only 4 floors up. The valet was HORRIBLE! Apparently the valet service was being shared by several hotels. It took forever to have the car parked and retrieved. But they were kind enough to discount the bill for us.

The pool is much smaller than it looks and not that nice. You're looking at other buildings from the pool. The beach is fine but only beds are included, no umbrella. We were hoping the hotel bar and the cafe would be more lively and nice to hang out but wasn't the case tbh. Overall, too expensive for what it offers
