Location, white and fluffy towels, toiletries (shower cap missing), facial tissues, 2x bottles of water daily, AC. Many thanks to front desk staff- luggage storage, swimming pool.

- Poor breakfast: scrambled egg only available (I would like to have boiled egg or sunny side up), NO vegetables, fruits- apples only, paper sausages, ham was not every morning available. - Bathroom: as a woman I need more space for my personal girly stuff (I would suggest SHELVE) - Bathroom: there’s no TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER , only plastic cups available. - Bedsheets wasn’t fresh on arrival. - Fridge was leaking - Windows can’t be open. - Last day WIFI was not working. - No WIFI in pool area.

Great location and a really decent breakfast. Its not on the beach road but so close that it doesn’t matter at all. Pool is very cool using a James Bond elevator to get to it…but the pool should have a minibar ..it would be a goldmine!

We stayed 4 days and nothing was touched in our room cleaning wise…trash can wasn’t emptied, mo towels changed. Nor were we told that this was their operating procedure…a bit uncool.

We booked this hotel for just one night, and although cheap and cheerful, it was a great hotel with helpful staff. We had two rooms, having traveled here with family, they put us reasonably close to each other which was kind of them. Our rooms were clean and well presented but did not have very nice views, as they were on an inner courtyard. The rooms had everything we needed, and the following morning the breakfast (included) was a good option. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

During the night we had quite a lot of rain and were kept awake by water dropping through plastic drainpipe, however as we were only staying one night it wasn't worth a complaint. Due to the weather the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed not to be able to even see the rooftop pool.

Brilliant location, sufficient breakfast, overall very kind and chill vibe. The security guard in the lobby (a black lad) was just awesome. So nice to just walk to the beach early in the morning or take a stroll at Ocean drive later at night. Everything was great.

We stayed at the Villas building and the elevator took ages to appear, it was always held up by the cleaning crew etc.

This charming hotel is located a short walk to the beach and right near ocean drive. You can walk to just about anywhere you need to go in South Beach. It had a welcome drink, a fantastic breakfast and a rooftop pool at its sister hotel. The resort fee was lower than other hotels in the area. You really get a lot for your money at this hotel. The room was comfy and clean. I really recommend this place!

I really don't have any complaints, other than perhaps a coffee maker in the room, which really wasn't a big deal since breakfast was right downstairs.

Me and my partner stayed here for 9 nights, breakfast was really nice, room was super clean and the bed was big and comfortable I had the best sleep! Staff were amazing and super friendly, always happy to help :) location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants and shops… roof top pool was great and relaxing.

Check-in is not fast. I had to stand in line. There is not enough shampoo or soap in the room, but you can easily ask at the reception. Breakfast was not tasty, there was no porridge. The rooms are very small and old renovation. But for the price, this hotel is good. All flaws are not noticeable due to the location

Great location, friendly staff and the rooftop pool was nice addition.

Breakfast was quite busy and due to heavy rain making the extra outdoor seating a no go it was very tricky to get a seat inside. Also the “free welcome drink” does not include gratuity.
