Location is a 15 minute walk to the park or 7 minutes on the water Taxi, however you will have to queue for the taxi. The fast pass plus and the extra hour you can get in teh park are worth it.

so its a 15 minute walk away, we left hotel at 7.30am thinking we could get into park for 8am opening and didnt releaise the big queues at the security search or at the gate... Wanted to be first on the new motorbike ride but still ended up queueing for 90 minutes. Recommend leaving hotel at hour before opening to i,e if park opens at 8am then leave the room at 7am.

Amazing location for a trip to Universal, and the water taxis were such a nice extra and super convenient on tired legs. Pool is warmed and great, it also has hot tubs to help with soreness after long day at the parks. The washroom was functional, but could use some retouching and the bath plug was not working properly. Food choice around the property is not the best for picky vegetarians, but same goes for almost any place on Universal grounds. The property is beautiful with plenty of unique details. Beds were very comfortable and check in process was a breeze. They even had our room ready much ahead of official checkin time. The biggest bonus of all was the Express Passes, which is probably the main reason we’d be happy to return to Royal Pacific someday.

Absolutely loved our stay at Loews Royal Pacific. Such a beautiful resort. Really big rooms. Beds are large & very comfortable. Great location to theme parks, short walk. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Julian checked us in, he was great, and gave us some helpful tips for our stay. We had booked 2 rooms and I had requested connecting or close by, and we were given connecting rooms which was appreciated! They have a great pool with a poolside bar for drinks and food. Also quite a few restaurants. We had dinner at Jake’s American Bar, nice food. They also have a Tuk Tuk convenience store where you can grab breakfast to go, coffee, and takeaway food- very convenient. We loved that this resort gives you complimentary early entry into a park and the Universal Express Unlimited pass to every member on your booking. Having the Express pass saved so much time! We wish we had spent more time at this resort. Perfect location, awesome staff, We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it, and hope to be back one day.

The proximity to the parks is fantastic- you can walk in less than 10 mins or take the water taxi. The hotel pool was lovely, clean, with towels provided & iced water on tap. The waiters were always attentive & very friendly. The best bit was the express unlimited fast passes, these alone work out at $190 per person per day so it’s a no brainer to stay on property & get them from check in date to check out date! Also a special mention to both Eduardo at check in who ensured we had a quiet room & Trey at check out who was able to extend our room check out time as we had a late flight!

It felt a little bit dated for a premier property but we spent so little time in our room it didn’t matter overall.

Great position for universal with short walk to universal or water taxi easy access to sapphire falls sister hotel which was also very good Great food at the pool bar with excellent service Also in the shop which had a great selection of convenience foods although a few items were extremely expensive 13 dollars for a regular sandwich ?? But coffees were reasonable just over 5 dollars The food in the sushi bar was excellent the best sushi rolls I’ve had made to order Pool area was very comfortable and well controlled Always sunbeds available and not too noisy

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we could have hoped for and more. One of the highlights was that the price of our room included Universal Express passes for every member of our family, which made our visit to the parks much more enjoyable, cheaper and efficient. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It had easy access to multiple free transport options to Universal Studios, which made getting there a breeze. The hotel is also conveniently close to several theme parks, which was perfect for our family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and always available to assist with any requests. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service. Overall, this hotel offered outstanding value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the theme parks.

The location was excellent and a short walk to universal and a short drive to the other parks and attractions

Rooms were a little small for a family of 4 with no kitchenette etc Also we had to pay 33 dollars a day for parking as a guest of the hotel . Also we asked to borrow an umbrella and were told we had to rent one . Surely a returnable deposit would be a better system . Most hotels offer complimentary umbrellas for guest use .

Spacious, airy hotel with a south seas ambience. We stayed for two nights and found the room clean, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were courteous and the public areas clean and welcoming. The pool was very relaxing and the pool-bar service, although very expensive, was good. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on the restaurants, but the menus looked tasty and the restaurants looked inviting. A great bonus to this hotel is the addition of Unlimited Universal Express, which includes both check in and check out days. We would definitely recommend this hotel and have booked again for 2025.

The car parking charges. We left our hire car at a neighbouring hotel and caught an Uber in for the two nights we stayed to avoid the charges. Come on Universal - your guests are already paying a premium to stay at your hotel, visit your theme parks and eat at your restaurants. There is no need to "stealth tax" them further with this nightly charge. Disney have seen sense and dropped their car parking charges for hotel guests, It's time you followed suit.

Accessibility to the parks. Universal express with the stay was an additional bonus. The style and design of the hotel was exceptional. Staff in the Hotel were attentive and pleasant. From the checking in staff, luggage services and ticketing service all within the lobby area. Rooms spacious and clean and tidy. Great stay for a short visit to upgrade universal tickets but to stay in a piece of luxury very close by.

We did check in early. But we were told we would be contacted when our room would be ready by text. After handing over our information and being sent the first message to confirm the correct information we were not contacted. After making our way back to the lobby to ask after 5pm we did receive an apology about this mistake. We understand this is a very small issue. However, it meant we didn't get access until later in the day as we thought the room wasn't ready. I will add that this wasn't detrimental to our stay. We were in the position to change plans, but just for future reference.

The room my family stayed in had a wonderful view of the pool and we could even see some of the attractions in Universal Studios. The room was clean and I loved how it was decorated. Also, my husband has back problems, but even he found the beds comfortable during our stay.

Due to delays, my family was not able to arrive at the resort till 1:30 am. Unfortunately, the resort only had one vallet and one person working at check-in when we arrived. For such a popular resort, I was not expecting to have to wait for service due to a shortage of staff. However, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable once we were able to talk with them.
