The room was beautiful! It was a one bedroom suite and it was like I had my own personal apartment. A full size fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, real dishes, pots & pans and silverware provided. Tons of storage space! A spacious coat closet with spare linens and a 2 door closet in the bedroom! I loved it!

I didn't like the fact that I only had a one night stay! I wanted move in! I did not want to leave!

Breakfast was not served at this location. Coffee machine was broken in snack area, Soda machine took my 2.00.

Soda machine took my 2.00. Not refundable by front desk I was told, because a third party company owns them.

We loved having an actual mini kitchen with an ice maker in the fridge so we didn't have to keep running down the hall to the communal ice machine. We also appreciated that the facility was clean and very no fuss.

Receptionist was very kind and warm.. professional yet made be feel safe and comfortable.Very sweet lady.

Towels in bathroom had hair all over them.

Dishwasher did not work, told front desk, but was not charged fee and was not easy access . It was on a one way road.

The staff was so nice and attentive at all hours, very nice a pleasure to deal with.. If you are traveling with pets it's a great option

It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay- coffee pot, iron, hair dryer even a dishwasher! it also has basic kitchenware.

It did have a slight odor. But it was like an old odor. I’m thinking maybe carpet needs replaced.

The people were so nice. The laundry room is free and for a long stay that was a giant plus. The area is peaceful and felt safe. Taking the dog by myself that was key.

I didn't like that booking through booking.com we couldn't change our reservation during our stay because we left a day early but had to pay for the day anyway

Location for our particular visit to TN, allows dogs for a fee

Some minor maintenance issues in room, such as the towel bar falling off the wall during the night
