As I wait for my next apartment to be ready for move in, I've been here for 2 weeks so far. I was attracted to the price & location. Not so far from my job, plenty of restaurants, & shopping plazas near by. At check-in, the professionalism of Mr. Khalid made everything a breeze. After receiving two card keys, I walked into a clean & modern room that is very comfortable! I booked the king room, which features many outlets to charge devices, good lighting, modern bathroom, a nice size HDTV, & firm bed with 4 premium pillows. Included is a coffee maker, an iron with board & hair dryer. I love the standing shower that never ran out of hot water. The staff is friendly & there's plenty of parking. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable & clean room at a no fuss hotel, I recommend staying at the Express Inn.

- No microwave. - No minifridge.

The rooms were really clean with comfy beds and amazing pillows. One thing that wasn't so clean, I noticed my shower and tub had not been cleaned. They definitely could have improved in that area. Overall, it was a great stay at a very good price

Staff wasn't really that friendly, other than maybe one or two of the early evening staff. But... This is Memphis, so I wasn't surprised. While they do offer breakfast and fresh fruit, it's not a hot breakfast... But still good.

All good. Let down slightly by carpets that looked like they need a deep clean and a less than powerful shower. Huge bed. Airport a quick $50 Uber Ride away.

Carpets are either very poorly designed or need some deep clean action.

it was nearest most attraction we was looking forward to.

The facility was very dirty, there was trash in the elevator and dripping stains all over the elevator walls. the second floor was a non smoking floor and it smelled like marijuana and urine! Do not recommended.

For one night it was okay. I don't think they returned my $50 deposit. No receipt given when asked. No breakfast option.

The room was cleaned and comfortable.

The location at first was a little tricky to get to but once I figured it out...no problem.

Breakfast was WAS NOT a good experience. Everything was gone when I got there and when the staff restocked it there was not anything I wanted. I ended up going to the IHOP where I got sorta kinda of a discount with my room key

It was convenient and easy to find

It said it had a pool but when we checked in it had a tarp over it so I was very upset about that cause it should say pool is closed instead of having pictures of a very nice pool

Everybody was very friendly amd helpful. They accepted my dog ( bullmastiff pitbull) and been very respectful and kind.

It was a nice room with clean beds, bathroom and towels.

They said that they serve breakfast every morning, but whenever you come it is always finished. They never have enough breakfast for every guest. Also, they charge me $50\day deposit which was supposed to be returned once I check out, however it has been 1 month since my check out and I still did not get my deposit back. We stayed for two nights and so they still owe me $100. Hope I will get my money back one day as a pleasant surprise.

The hallways had a smell to them. I wanted a room with a tub but got a shower.
