All staff we interacted with were outstanding. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and asked if we needed to make reservations for the airport shuttle. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Shuttle driver Monica was fantastic, very efficient, and kind. The hot breakfast buffet started at 6:00 AM which was great since we had an early flight out of Seattle. If needed, there were washer and dryers available for use. Also a very nice game room/family lounge area that included a ping pong table, shuffle board and Foosball game next to the indoor pool area and hot tub. Airport noise was minimal. Hotel was clean, older decor and furnishings. Excellent location and value.

Wish they had a restaurant or sandwich shop for dinner.

The location was great! We took a shuttle from the cruise port that dropped off people at Sea Tac airport and also surrounding airport hotels which included Best Western. We wanted to catch a baseball game at TMobile Stadium before we departed the next day. The light rail station is within walking distance. The rooms are dated but clean. Had all the amenities we needed and we even soaked in the hot tub later in the evening. We didn’t get the free breakfast because we were still full from dinner the previous night.

Nothing except the motel is dated.

Atmosphere and staff

I wanted to let you know that the laundry dryer needs to be fixed. I was able to wash my clothes, but unfortunately, I had to drive 6 miles to use a commercial coin-operated dryer. Also, I’d like to request more vegetarian options in the menu. The world is moving towards more plant-based choices, and currently, there are two egg-based items. It would be great if one of them could be replaced with something vegetarian, like hash browns or plant-based sausage.

We stayed here 1 night, coming from Europe with 3 children. It was all great and a perfect landing spot for us before the trip start and longer drive. Things I loved: the shuttle from the airport was easy and I could come with the children while my husband picked up the car rental. The kids slept early of course we were all tired. I was up with my eldest (10y) at 2.30am and we were able to go to the lobby so as not to wake up the rest of the family too early. The breakfast bar (dry items) opened at 3am. My 10yr old ate a bagel gladly. I had coffee. All was right in the world. The swimming pool was warm and opened at 6am! We all swam for an hour together. Then had breakfast and began our journey. Honestly. It was the perfect landing spot for us. We will plan it again this way next time, no way I am doing a long drive immediately after that long 10hr flight.

No complaints really. The family room wasnt available but the two adjoining rooms worked out just fine as an alternative. Thanks!

Property is close to the airport. A simple phone call gets you picked up from airport and taken to hotel. Friendly staff even late at night. Free breakfast to start off the morning is nice and they had the basics every morning with something a little different each day. Nice variety to choose from of coffees, teas and juice. We had a leak in our room from the day of rain and front desk was efficient in getting us into a new room quickly. Hotel transported us down to pier 66 to go on our cruise.

My dislike was the actual location not having any stores/restaurants etc within close walking distance and that is not really the hotels fault. I personally found it a bit expensive but it’s Seattle. It is to be expected.

While my overall stay was enjoyable and the room was well-equipped for a comfortable experience, I did notice that the lighting in the room had a very yellowish hue. This made the atmosphere feel a bit dimmer than I would have preferred. Despite this minor issue, the room had everything needed for a good stay, and I appreciated the amenities provided. I hope the lighting can be adjusted in the future to enhance the overall ambiance. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Good for early/ late airport use. Laundry and swimming pool all fit for purpose. Breakfast had a good range

Issue in laundry which I alerted staff to (a leaking washing another guest was using), I then helped clean up the mess as the staff member seemed a little out of their depth and no thanks was offered. Staff at breakfast were also rude to guests, a little disappointing given how pleasant staff across the rest of our trip had been

I like the free breakfast it provided. I also like the free hot water and microwave oven to use for preparing dinner. Generally, I can use all things in the dinning area freely. Hotel staff are very helpful and nice. They cared about me and my experience in their hotel. They answered my questions immediately. I appreciate.

I don't like the window curtain, the one close to window glass. It is blackout but there is a big gap between two piece when they are pulled them together. So, the light from the outside shined into the room strongly and made the room so bright, and on the other hand, it made the room much less privacy. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue. Fortunately, I brought a clip, which closed the gap and resolved these issues.

Great customer services. I booked a standard room but when the staff at the counter noticed that I use a wheelchair, he immediately offered me an accessible room. When I tried to get breakfast by myself, this sweet lady helped me to pick up and bring them to the table. People are so nice here. They helped me well.

So, the property is not nice for disabled people. The check in counter is too tall for wheelchair, it is hard to talk to someone. Also, those accessible rooms are too far away from the counter and entrance. if you use manual chairs, it would be sweat. Accessible parkings are limited. I guess they only have 4. When you use the rooms, parking lot is too far and hard to access, so you need pack all of your stuff and carry them at once. You don't wanna come and go several times at this property. If you have very difficult time to do so, it's not the best option.
