Location is great right off freeway, staff was friendly, lobby and all facilities were very clean including our room, bed was very comfortable and breakfast options were very good, husband really liked the coffee machines that grind your beans before each brew with flavor options. Pool and hot tub is nice sized

Only negatives we found were the parking, Unfortunately we didn’t get there until approx 8pm so there was no parking spots avail except off the back side of hotel, and the elevators seem a little slow to arrive, was often several groups waiting to load

Convenient location right off the highway, but unlike other hotels I've stayed at near a major road, I did not hear any traffic. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub area was clean. The breakfast was exceptional. They had scrambled eggs and egg white omelets. They had both pork and turkey sausage. Lots of other breakfast options.

When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation. This was Christmas Eve and there were very few people staying there. Finally, after having to pull my phone out and find the reservation confirmation, they found it under my first name. Seems natural to me that with only a few reservations and a guests first and last name, it would be easy to find a reservation. Other than that, I only have great things to say about this location.

Location and accommodations were excellent. The staff were all wonderful - friendly, and helpful. In particular, Angela Brown, who managed the breakfast amenities, was helpful, kind, and a genuinely nice person, and is to be commended for her excellent service. We sincerely appreciated that we were able to bring our large dogs with us. We saw others traveling with their dogs, too, and all were well behaved.

A small problem with the cable TV channels

Breakfast was amazing! Food, staff, PANCAKE MACHINE!!! All of it was amazing! Cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, toast, hot spread, cereals, fresh fruit, pancakes, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices! The beds were comfortable and bathroom was very large and accommodating.

We did not get the train track view 🤣

It is nice because a lot of my group is there. They have new coffee machines at breakfast. The rooms are generally clean and fairly spacious. The staff are generally pretty good and helpful.

Not really anything. If I had a gripe it would be that they get up do par with European hotels on the level of the breakfast, but no US hotels really do that. So it is hard to judge them by a European standard.

Good choice of items. Good tasting and plentiful. Hot and cold.

Room was small and chairs to relax in were not available. Lighting was sparse. Bedside lamp was not working. The desk folks promised to fix but never showed up. They were pleasant about it, however. Place for suitcases was skimpy and sink in bathroom was small for personal items. Not convenient.

Breakfast was fine, kids enjoyed the food and the pool.

Window sills in the room were dirty, no extra linens available for the sleeper sofa, fortunately we had some in the car and we were able to make a bed. For the price we paid some extra bedding would have been nice. Staff were friendly at the desk ,breakfast staff appeared a bit stressed. Overall was a bit less than expected for 300.00 per night but it was pleasant.

Front desk staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were fantastic! Would absolutely stay here again.

Shared bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. I prefer single use. Not a bottle with a screw off cap that anybody can spit in. And the dried contents around the lid, gross. I'd stay here again, but I'll bring my own toiletries.

Excellent experience wonderful stay. Clean rooms great staff and a wonderful continental breakfast. My only complaint and is not geared towards the hotel itself was that we had some disrespectful neighbors above us that were very loud. Both nights were there. That’s not a reflection on the hotel itself, though we enjoyed ourselves thank you so much.

The hotel seems to be brand new. Everything is spotless and has a modern aesthetic. The room where I stayed was large, clean, and comfortable with a great bed, lots of direct and indirect lighting, typical amenities such as fridge, microwave, TV, and a decent-sized bathroom. The hotel also features a pool and a gym, which I sadly was not able to enjoy. But what I did enjoy (tremendously) was the breakfast, which was well above average in terms of selection and quality.

The bathroom light is brighter than the sun when you turn it on in the middle of the night.
