Loved the proximity to what I needed to access as well as The HOP nearby, breakfast was good at the kitchen, staff was helpful, but seemed standoffish. The woman working the restaurant on the morning of the 9th was the most friendly and welcoming person the entire time. Please see to it that she is treated well!!!! The room was clean and had everything I could need, including a double shade on the window and soaps in the shower (hotel provided).

Was given a colder impression given by two of the 3 desk employees that I encountered. They were helpful, they werent rude either, but to me, they didnt entirely seem sincere. I apologize if that is not the case and I simply read them wrong, however, that is the impression I got. I want to emphasize this wont keep me from coming back, because overall the stay was what I needed and was pleasant, however, just trying to be transparent. I do wish at least breakfast was included. I may have been more inclined to buy dinner there, since the one time I ate breakfast was good....if breakfast was included in the stay. Literally everything else in the place you have to pay for, including the parking....so I dont see why they couldnt do that.

It was in a great location, and had a fun, modern, different room layout. We stayed in a king room, at the back end of the building. There was no street noise from where we were. It had a glowing bed, a chaise longue /couch thing, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron…I imagine it would be great for a more extended stay, for business, too, tho we only stayed one night, for a show at Riverside. I also wish I had remembered a suit for the pool. It was a nice place, especially for the price.

The TV is on the wall beside the bed, and does not swing out, so i doubt it would be comfortable to watch from anywhere but the corner by the window. It took us a minute to figure out how to turn off the bed lights (left side of the bed, near the outlet).

Huge room; fridge; counter with chair; couch; excellent shades to darken the room; plenty of outlets to charge up your various devices; close to Third Ward and Riverwalk and the HOP free transit streetcar can be reached by walking distance and AMTRAK station is also nearby and don't let the highway being right next door prevent you from going exploring in that direction; comfortable bed; everything seemingly brand new or close to new in the room; most of the staff friendly

The individual at check-in was not the best in the warm welcome dept (that is the short version on that - note the rest of the staff was beyond excellent); TV was not in front of the bed but to the side; check out was 11AM but I got a knock on the door at 1045AM by the cleaning staff and they were genuinely apologetic about it but I have to wonder why they didn't know that I hadn't checked out yet; the room had a bit of a mood lighting feel in the night time, meaning that I needed it brighter at times throughout the room and "mood lighting" was as bright as it was going to get; proximity to highway will likely require earplugs - if issue ask for a room facing away from the highway

The room itself is spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was very helpful when I asked them for more tea and decaf since I wasn't feeling great. They were very compassionate. The location of the hotel couldn't be better for tourists.

When you book the room, it says 'breakfast is offered'. To a European that means included. What they really mean is ' you can buy it and eat it in the lobby at horrendous prices'. On my first morning, me and a few other guests went to the breakfast room and grabbed our food, only to be informed by a very unfriendly woman that this was reserved for a special group. We were allowed to finish our breakfast, but were supposed to put our plates away ourselves so she 'don't have to come get them'. They should really just remove the 'breakfast offered' tag from booking. About the room: It is very noisy since the highway is right in front of it so I always had to sleep with earplugs. Also the homeless tents right in front of the floor-to-ceiling window are upsetting.

The staff was so nice and sent text messages to check in with us each morning. The room was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. This location is perfect walking distance to the Riverwalk and the Historic Third Ward. We easily walked to the market and a few breweries nearby. There is a covered parking garage behind the hotel (Gimbel's, I believe was the name). There were no issues with parking there. We had a great time and a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The corners of the room could have been swept a little better.

The hotel was perfectly located for the bar and restaurant area, and it was easy to get to any part of the city. There was a car park right next to the hotel. The size of the room was great.

There was a big window, which the bed faced, but the only thing it looked out onto was a motorway, and it was very busy. The double glazing did not keep out the noise, which went on all day, and intermittently at night, which was worse than a constant noise. If we'd known, we would have asked for a room at the back of the hotel.

I like that it did have bar and eat area, was looking forward to the pool but it was busy the entire time. The parking was in a good location . Nice room layout/aesthetic. I loved the Bluetooth mirror , that was my favorite in the room.

I noticed there were some parts of the room specifically the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned and stocked well. It looked like the cleaner tried to rush it and half fast it . The pool was small and crowded. View was a 4/10. The parking fee was $25 for one night seemed like a lot but it was easy and accessible. (I would’ve took pics of the dirt but i didn’t think of it )

Excellent location, spacious room, and great price for downtown Milwaukee. It was easy and felt safe to walk to and back from a concert at Fiserv Form late at night, the bus/train station is only a 5-10min walk, and both the Public Market and 3rd St. Market Hall were super close to get some great food. Staff was friendly, I could check in early, and there were no issues with luggage storage.

The room could have been a bit cleaner (e.g., there was dust on the bed's headboard), and it was also quite noisy at night.

The hotel was clean and very moder, It was ideal for the railway station. All the staff made us feel welcome , even giving us recommendations for us to eat, which we did and places to visit during our short time at the hotel. Room was excellent and nice and warm, and we were very well looked after. Special mention has to go to the staff who all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Milwaukee.

It was the perfect location for me and my family. Saw a show at the Riverside Theater. It was very clean. The staff was so nice and they were there to answer questions when I had them.

If the name of the hotel could be on the back side, by the patio, that would have been helpful. I was in the parking lot behind the hotel 2 different times but did not realize that was the Cambria. It would have saved me time.
