It’s a lovely hotel located near to metro station, tram/bus stand and many restaurants. The breakfast is good. They have car parking. Beds are comfortable. Moreover everything the staff are amazing. I had a medical need for my daughter, they arranged for a doctor very quickly. I had to extend my stay, they did it very easily. As my daughter was sick they arranged to give the breakfast at room. These guys specifically who are there at reception are amazing. I would strongly recommend this hotel and whenever I am in Paris, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Location is excellent for the Paris conference centre, right across the street including the tram and and the metro for easy transportation. The neighbourhood was good to walk around close to several bistro restaurants and even nearby a supermarket. The room was really quiet, very clean, comfortable bed for a good nights sleep and the staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice, and anything else you'd like. I liked the little bar in the lobby. It had a light, upbeat feeling to meet your colleagues before heading out.

Part of the hotel is accessible through the mezzanine and then to a separate elevator which is a bit confusing.

The hotel offers easy access to the train station and is surrounded by excellent restaurants. The service management is outstanding, and I would like to extend a special thanks to Inma, the manager, for her exceptional hospitality and her swift, effective resolution of the issues we encountered during our stay.

The heaters in the rooms didn’t provide sufficient warmth, and it was quite cold during our stay. Additionally, at breakfast, items were not replaced when they ran out. When we inquired, we were told that replacements would not be made, and this issue occurred every day, not just on the first day.

The location was extremely convenient for us to attend the Expo Centre across the road, the room was nicely fitted out and clean, and the breakfast options were delicious!

To make the hotel absolutely Perfect.... it would have been great if you had a gym, the shower pressure was a bit weak, an iron and board in each room so as not to have to go and collect one would be appreciated, the coffee and sugar in my room were not replenished after the first night so I had to go down to reception to ask for some more, (also it would be nice to have some long life / UHT milk sachets for us Rosbifs...). But these are all just very minor details really.

Very clean & comfortable room. Good size for a family of four. Customer service was great by the boys at the front desk, Jad & Disa - open 24hrs. Provided luggage storage. Breakfast was AMAZING- quality baked goods & cheese. Fresh Orange juice machine. Lots of restaurants at your doorstep as well...incl a supermarket across the street. The best thing about this hotel however is that there is a metro station right outside the door!

If you didnt get to breakfast early, the hot breakfast items & macarons didnt get replenished so left with nothing.

Nice breakfast and it was free for children. Good location with a short drive to the Eiffel Tower and just meters away from the metro. The suite was comfortable. Nice linen, and good quality beds.

The lady who attended us was a bit rude. We understand that there is no guarantee of a fast check-in, however, pretending to charge €50 for checking in at 11.30 am and being informed of the long trip with children, seemed to me to be a disrespectful way of dealing with us who rented the suite for 6 nights at a cost close to two thousand euros. If it weren't for this detail I would have given the highest rating.

Good sized room. Requested a quiet room and got one. Staff were very helpful, with explaining routes, transport, etc. Beds comfy. Lots of power sockets. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, fruit, and cooked options.

No milk included with the tea/coffee offering in bedroom - but asked at the bar and got given a little jug of fresh milk each day, to keep in fridge in room. Some items missing at breakfast some mornings - no yoghurt at all one morning,for example.

- Good mezzanine space, clean and neat where the breakfast is served; - Good breakfast time frame (from 6:30am to 10am) - The breakfast experience was amazing with a variety of options to start the day with the right foot - Good location, close to the RER, train and buses - The hotel staff provided us a place to drop our luggages before our check-in time - There are drinking fountain available as well

- The air conditioning didn't work on your last staying day - There are many pickpockets everywhere in Paris, watch out your wallet and belongings every time

Everything was good nice room and would stay again.

I had an unfortunate incident in the elevator. As the doors were closing I went to hold them back for my partner. To my surprise my hand being placed between the doors didn't stop them from closing. In my home country elevator doors are designed to stop with little pressure. To make a long story short both doors made contact with my left hand. At that time I pulled my hand out making contact with a sharp object that sliced open a generous portion of my skin. I had like an open flap that I bandaged shut. It was pretty messy. I'm sure your cleaning crew noticed the blood in the bed that leaked thru the bandage overnight. Its all healed without stitches but it was scary at the time. I guess I should have used my foot.

First of all the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was well serviced and gave us - 2 adults, 2 kids - enough space during our 4 nights stay. The hotel itself is also well located for both to arrive and to reach out for the sightseeing spots in Paris.
