This hotel is right in the heart of the older city centre and extremely well located to see the sights while travelling through (i.e. for an overnight stay). The hotel itself is up to standard, the personnel very friendly and the breakfast the best we had in 9 hotels while journeying through France and Spain. Parking is public, but literally under the hotel - most expensive on our journey at just over 20 Euro (with hotel discount). Try not to get a room over the dustbins: it is very loud early morning when they are emptied!

The hotel has an ideal position. It is on the square near Pilar in the very center of the city, between El Tubo and Magdalena, where there are most bars, restaurants, and services are. We probably had the room with the best view, as one window looked directly at Pilar and the other at La SEO. There is a drinking fountain behind the hotel. Nice place to chill. The hotel has a nice bar downstairs/next door. The reception staff is extremely friendly and homely. Otherwise, the equipment in the room is basic, old, but that doesn't really matter. The room and bathroom are clean. Due to the location itself, the hotel is definitely worth a night's stay.

We've stayed at this hotel in the past. The location is perfect right on the plaza with beautiful views from The window. The parking is close by. The breakfast is good and plenty of it. The staff are friendly and the hotel is spotless and clean. The beds are lovely and comfortable.

The noise from the bars closing and scaping tables and chairs. No black out curtains so let the light in from the church all night

Clean, good location and value. Shower in the first rook was very good but second room was soso. Good buffet breakfast but have to pay 10 euros perday

Did not have a way to control the air in the room. Only heating could be turned on no cold air. The room was very hot, when asked for help they said it was not possible because the system does not allow hot and cold. Very strange luckily the weather cooled off the next days and it worked out with windows opened. You have to pay 10 euros per day for breakfast.

The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The building is old, but it is situated in the old town, which adds to its charm. The A/C worked well, and the water pressure was good. The staff was nice and helpful.

It was Friday night, so I guess it's normal, but since I needed to wake up early, the noise from skaters outside until 11 PM was a bit disruptive. If I didn't have to wake up early, it would have been fine because in Spain, 11 PM is considered early, especially on a Friday.

In a super location. Carry light luggage as you have to trolly to hotel from underground parking. To be far it’s only a short distance. A little out dated though. Pink bathroom. No charging sockets. Bring your own adapters

Location perfect for sightseeing & night time strolling and tapas bars. Seek out Patio de La Planta, great atmosphere & good tapas

Lovely hotel. Right in the centre, in the pedestrian zone, but good for motorcyclists with motorcycle parking close by behind the cathedral. Comfortable room and decent breakfast.

The young folk gather in the corner of the town square in front of the hotel, chatting into the early hours. Need a water pistol to shoo them off from the hotel window.

The location was amazing. If I had been asked to pick a location in Zaragoza to stay this would be at the top of the list. Between the two cathedrals, on the plaza, and in the heart of Old town. The service was being helpful. Wonderful.

Just felt a little old. Clean and all functioning though not modern. Definitely not a complaint though.

Really helpful staff at reception - went above and beyond on a busy Saturday for us - and the room was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, good linen, and good wifi. Location is central and even on a Saturday night it wasn't noisy, even though hotel was full.

The bathroom was slightly dated - a glass sink in a hotel???? and a silly powerjet shower cubicle, but these are minor cosmetic things - everything worked!

Super location between two cathedrals, great views from the windows/french balcony (twin room no 405), lift, small cafe/bar in site, shops around and bus stop 20 m. Sufficient breakfast, tasty and big variety good value sets with bottle of winevfor dinner. Clean and friendly.
