Room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly like that the bathroom as both a walk in shower and a separate bath tub, nothing better than a soak in the tub after a long day!

Buffet breakfast, which gives lots of choices, but it’s never as hot as freshly cooked. I wish there was a better way of being able to keep things hotter.

Very spacious luxury rooms. The breakfast was excellent with various delicious selections. The concierge team were very friendly and helped in organising our transport.

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxed feeling, many dining options and the room spacious and comfortable. I would recommend Gingerlilly Bar for a relaxed aperitif

It was very sad to see how Chatterbox changed. It used to be a nice place to meet friends and business relations at any time of the day to enjoy my favourite Mandarin Chicken Rice. For this trip I didn't have one because the opening time of the new Chatterbox was not convenient to me. I think the name Chatterbox muat be changed . The running around the corridor by the children opposite my room at 11 pm/midnight was very annoying.

The cleaning staff, the unsung heroes, did an amazing job. Even wrapping the phone wires was very thoughtful. The room was spotless. The feng shui is amazing in this property, you can feel the positive energy. There was no mustiness that hotel rooms often have. The property and our room were very pleasant. There was an issue with our shower curtain, which was immediately seen to. Kitchen staff at breakfast Parvitra (bakery) and Sew Kien (sorry if misspelt - serving team) were excellent, as were others.

I would have liked a check out beyond 2pm but I guess that is hotel policy. It would have been nice to see some halal options, even if minimally.

Location are facilities are perfect and the breakfast is fantastic and a highlight of our trip. Staff are excellent and helpful and communications have been friendly and amenable.

We have been coming to stay at the Orchard for many years (since 2001), but since a renovation a few years ago, the beds are just too hard, which makes it very uncomfortable for my wife and daughter who have disabilities. Previously the beds were very soft and comfortable but now very firm and there are no options for the bedding other than requesting a bed topper, which was (gratefully) supplied, but still not soft enough to obtain a comfortable sleep. Sadly we will have to look elsewhere for softer bedding in the future.

I really appreciate the friendly, efficient staff that was ever so helpful at any request, in fact they had gone out of their way to ensure that one gets what was reqested/required. Enjoy the variety of restaurants in the hotel, makes dining in, a pleasure. Enjoyed the exceptional service of the reception staff (in particular Kate) as well as the staff at the concierge - brilliant job by all. Appreciated the bedroom service staff for always ensuring that we returned to a very clean room. Lastly, location in Singapore cannot be better than this, place to stay!

Not really much, honestly.

Everything was perfect in the room. Hotel is well located at the shopping street Orchard. Bus Stop in front of hotel to Marina Bay, etc. Subway in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable.

This concerns not the room but the coffee place on the lobby floor: The Air Conditioning is way too cold. I couldn't stay for more than 10min sitting in the Café, even though I wanted to work there, because I was freezing from the Air Conditioning. However, unfortunately, the seem to cool too much almost everywhere in Singapore... Outside it's hot, inside you feel like in winter. Maybe cooling up to 24 degree celsius would be enough instead of 18?

Exceptional customer service. Very attentive staff all around. Smooth check-in to check out. Clear communication and assistance rendered whenever required. Very clean premises. Got a room in the new wing. Everything was spotless and in full service. Restaurant staff at the Estate restaurant were on the ball despite having a full house. Great selection of food at the buffet. Food was replenished and checked constantly by the chefs. Food stations were clean, always being managed by the staff. We drove in and had free parking as well.

The four pillows on the bed were really thin and sunk in completely, making it difficult to have proper support while sleeping.
