I like everything about my staying at grand hyatt hotel for around 2 weeks. I was amazed by the kindness, politeness , hospitality and the beautiful smile that all employees have. The Quality of food and the variety are amazing, healthy and delicious. The fitness club is one of the best training gyms compared to many other 5 stars hotels. Sauna, steam rooms.. the outdoor and indoor Jacuzzi and the cold plunge are impressive and the best place for relaxation. I like Amr Mohammad the chef at morning buffet, he’s wonderful, welcoming and enjoying to serve and ask all clients for what they need and prefer to eat 🤍 I think I need to stop writing because I can’t explain more about the beauty of this place.

I liked the cleaning staff members, the hotel being spotless, the breakfast variety and most importantly the location!!!

I did not like one of the staff in check in at the front desk, I travel with credit card, and only reason I had to exchange money from $100 to Thai Baits was for the taxi for that day, he probably took 20 minutes to inspect my $100 to make sure it was real or fake, listen man, If I am staying in your villa than know I am paying big bucks, what will I give if you think i'm going to give you a fake $100, I stayed at the place for 6 days. I got frustrated at the end and told him, I'm in room so and so, you can find me there if you think its a fake!! other then this experience it was great.

Great location & good facilities (other than swimming pool) Fantastic breakfast buffet and staff at breakfast counters has been doing a great job in terms of their hospitality.

1) swimming pool was not up to the mark on the maintenance aspects as well as cleanliness 2) The lady who has originally received me and family was rude. I have advised the property well in advance that I will be reaching around 1:30 being checkin time was 3pm. They have responded to my booking.com chat that they will take care of this. After reaching the property the lady who had received us was really rude and made us waited until 3 pm . she has told initially that I have to wait for the max of less than 1 hour and then they dint give us key until 3 pm. This has made us delay our lunch time and really made uncomfortable with the staff rude behaviour. Rest all staff has been really nice and kind and no doubt about it

Breakfast was really good.

We has a fly at midnight back to home, so we took the room also for last night even we leaved before midnight. We took also breakfast but we can’t order only last night without it. Asked to give us ( instead of breakfast a dinner or not charge us for breakfast. Nothing… the hotel doesn’t care and try to give us something.

We enjoyed everything (not the “breakfast “ queue on Saturday morning) The room was wonderful, everyday cleaning with the change of towels, mini-bar and a good water-bottle supply -6 bottles😊) A great pool and service. We visited a gym daily, used the changing rooms and massages (additional pay). The breakfasts are tasty, an excellent variety of food, special thanks to dessert station-> they were real “masterpieces”. The staff was helpful, kind, quick to solve the problems if we had some. A very convenient entrance to the shopping centers, the location : bus station, walking area, metro station-are nearby not easy to find and use. To tell the truth, this hotel was one of the best we stayed at. We definitely recommend it.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Erawan Bangkok was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, contributing to a truly luxurious atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the great location, which made it incredibly convenient. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The Grand Hyatt was right in the center of a busy area but walking through the front entrance makes you feel safe, secure and relaxed. An oasis feeling that you could just stay in the hotel an enjoy the facilities. But Bangkok has lots to offer so we made sure to be out and about but came back between planned sightseeing or meals to relax.

I booked a room for three persons and expected to have more area to move around given the size of the room. Having an extra bed was good for the third person but the layout of the room made it tight.

Everything was absolutely magnificent. Extremely beautiful lobby, room, pool area, everything! The service was beyond amazing. That coffee shop / bakery in the basement was wonderful as well. Fantastic location next door to the super cool Erawan shrine with dancers and flower sellers and many many people worshiping Brahma, fascinating! Just a couple blocks from the huge Central World Mall and Big C supermarket / department store. Also just three blocks the other direction to Chit Lom BTS station, and half mile pleasant walk to the wonderful Lumpini Park (where we attended a free concert by the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, an event that occurs every Sunday evening apparently).

I feel like $30 for the breakfast buffet was excessive. We didn't actually try it, but I don't think any breakfast buffet can be worth $30 per person, haha! I highly recommend choosing a rate that includes breakfast with your room. Also, the traffic in the area is insane, very time-consuming waiting to make our way through traffic jams in a Grab.

It was a great experience during our stay in the Hotel. We were very glad for the hotel room facilities. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner was called 'Happy Time' made us really happy. This time we were fond of the Thai Chai (Tea). The location of the Hotel is the most attraction for the travelers.All the facilities is located within walking distance from the hotel. We would like to thank the Hotel for the grand facilities.

Perfect location for shopping malls and markets, variety high end to low dining, and spas/salons. The lights in the hotel and the room were superb and could be set/mixed to suit your mood. The bathroom had separate shower and tub, with a window to the bedroom, so you can draw a bath and watch a movie on the huge flat-screen. The bed was massive and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of cuisines. There was a long space between checkout and my flight, so the staff let me indulge in the pool and spa facility for the entire afternoon. They have twin hot tub adjacent to an ice bath, which I love, but can't find everywhere.

The hotel is situated right next to a Hindu shrine, so there are large, bustling crowds that you have to navigate through to get to the entrance if coming in from the right. Room service options were kind of limited and overpriced. Other than that, it was lovely.
