The hotel is remodeling so it was noisy and only one restaurant was open on the mail floor near lobby. The room was clean but the furniture is stained and with blemishes. I was not happy with the street the hotel was on because there were no restaurants near by on foot. We were in Istanbul for medical procedure so we didn’t want to go out to eat and one of the reason we chose this hotel was because it has restaurants but It was not the case. We were disappointed that there were no notice about it.

Remodeling and only one restaurant open.

The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city of Istanbul. It’s a short uphill walk to the nearest metro station Osmanbey, and the local area of Nisantasi where the hotel is situated is really good for places to eat and shopping. Taksim square is one stop away on the Metro. The hotel facilities are good, with its own restaurant and one next door which is open till 2am.

The room was nice and clean and spacious. Although is was obvious that other guests were smoking inside their rooms and the corridors, there were cigarette butts on the corridor floor. The staff did not clean this up very well.

Huge room with most comfortable bed I ever had. Personal was friendly and helpful for any need. Very clean and great breakfast. Location is perfect to explore Istanbul City center. Price was really fair for the comfort and service you receive at the hotel.

Spa area! The pool was way too cold and not heated properly. The sauna areas were partially not working and shut off to save costs. After asking to turn them on, it was only working for a couple of minutes. Concierge service was trying to sell way overpriced shuttle/transportation services (30€ for a 10 minute drive?!) and was not able to call a single normal taxi with success.

The rooms were good, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind, especially FAFA and ENES The location was decent; however, we had to walk and climb a steep ramp to reach the metro station.

The Cleanliness need to be improved a lot, and we conveyed this with the guest relations manager The hotel is situated in a rather secluded area, surrounded by car garages, which might be inconvenient for some.

Very professional people in the reception during check in and out. Big size room and bathroom.Its clear that the people want to do their best while the are handling a hotel that needs renovation in many details

The team was great, very friendly, and extremely professional. Rooms were spacious, and the entrance of the hotel was very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Sertac, for his hospitality, who made our stay flawless.

Breakfast could've been better by having more cooked items. My British husband was a bit let down as he struggled to find to eat things. Regardless, breakfast was overall good, I was just expecting a bit better.

My stay was great and Mr Onder was very helpful he made our check in very professional and satisfactory. Hotel close to shops in Nisantashi and 25 min walking to Taksim and hotel provide free shuttle bus every hour to Taksim.

Location, price and in house dining was good, coffee shop in hotel was a great edition, Guest relationship Manager Yaffa is great help as she sorted and listened a lot points positively and she was helpful in explaining the nearby attractions also

Önder Bey, Simge Hanım and guest relations Umut Bey, Yelda Hanım; Kiraz Hanım who works at the bar, Betül Hanım in the restaurant. They are so sweet and cheerful that it is impossible not to love them. The size and comfort of my room was very good.

It is a place I have stayed for the first time in terms of location, but it is very close to Nişantaşı by foot for those who prefer it.
