The size of the bed, it was very comfortable also. The staff was helpful and because we didn't want our room to be cleaned every day we got a voucher, either for a bottle of wine or a 10£ discount at the restaurant. It is easily accessible with the Piccadilly line, from the London center. On the first night the hot water wasn't working and I contacted them via WhatsApp; apparently it was a problem in the entire hotel. They responded quickly and informed us when the problem was solved.

The bathroom door!!!! It was a glass door that moved and enclosed either the shower, either the toilet. There was a big gap between the door and the wall, it was like having the toilet in the room.

Noise from all rooms door when closing, really disturbing. And make us wake up several times during night and early morning. Need more Staff . Their available staff work hard but they should add some.

The TV switched itself off every 10 minutes, and wouldn't turn back on for some time. Very annoying. The shower door in the bathroom served both shower and toilet, and could be slid across to access one or the other. However, it was so stiff and heavy, at one point I was trapped in the shower for some minutes. I had a bit of a panic before I was able to get out. My next shower, I left it slightly open, which meant water leakage

Emannuele the lady at the front desk went the extra mile and got my clothese washed at the last minute and went above and beyond. was very helpful. great customer service from everyone

That the front door was closed on the Thursday evening when I returned fairly late from the tube and had to walk all round the outside of the building in the dark, the front door should be open at least until the tube stops, this was only around 10 pm

Room.was vey big and I liked how you could control the lights and AC with a touch pad made it so much easier! I also loved how the room had a mini fridge in it as well, the eco system they have set up too is really good

I had a problem with the room service system, one night I tried phoning them multiple times. I spent an hour doing so and even tried phoning the front desk too and ended up giving up and just not getting food that night, I also don't think the breakfast was worth £16 and I also think the AirTime feature on the TV is misleading at first didn't get the impression you'd have to rent the movies to watch them but I would definitely stay again!

We stayed as a couple for 8 nights. The hotel was really good. It’s close to the metro and a bus stop, just a few minutes’ walk. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very large, spacious, and pleasant, with a big and comfortable bed.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. On one occasion, we even noticed dog feces on the floor, which unfortunately went unnoticed by the staff. We stayed on the first floor, where there was often an unpleasant smell of garbage in the hallway. Several times we also saw trash bags or trays with leftover food and dirty dishes left outside the rooms.

Great location opposite Park Royal tube station. Really friendly staff, engaging with our children, always smiling and genuinely want you to have a great stay.

Close to a busy road so some road noise but it didn’t spoil anything or stop any of us sleeping! Car park is a bit too small for the size of the hotel. More spaces became available during the day just trickier parking when we arrived fairly late on the first night (security staff helped us find a spot though- thank you!).

For this reason, I sincerely suggest changing the hotel's name to "A Love Story" (Qissat Hub), as it truly marks the beginning of an everlasting love affair with this place. An Experience That Exceeds Expectations: Warmth, Elegance, and Comfort What distinguishes this hotel is the soul that inhabits it. I felt genuine warmth, ultimate elegance, and supreme comfort. The constant smile from every single person in the hotel, starting from the reception staff right through to all employees, was the consistent emblem of my stay. Their role wasn't limited to service; they offered helpful advice, making every moment easy and enjoyable. Since I was spending my holiday alone, this warmth was crucial. I felt as though they were my family looking after me—a priceless feeling when you are away from home. I am not exaggerating this description; this is genuinely what I lived through. Exceptional Location and Social Responsibility The location alone makes it a slice of heaven. Excellent facilities, including room and reception / lounge areas and the best breakfast spread we have had across comparable properties in London. Great vibe and excellent staff capacities are an added plus. The expert management of the breakfast crowd the morning after the Coldplay concert at Wembley was truly noteworthy!

As we reached late in the evening, we were unable to find the subway from the tube station to the hotel and spend considerable time trying to figure out how to get there. We eventually took an Uber that night. It would be useful to have some guidance about whether it is safe to use the tunnel / subway after dark.
