The size of the bed, it was very comfortable also. The staff was helpful and because we didn't want our room to be cleaned every day we got a voucher, either for a bottle of wine or a 10£ discount at the restaurant. It is easily accessible with the Piccadilly line, from the London center. On the first night the hot water wasn't working and I contacted them via WhatsApp; apparently it was a problem in the entire hotel. They responded quickly and informed us when the problem was solved.

The bathroom door!!!! It was a glass door that moved and enclosed either the shower, either the toilet. There was a big gap between the door and the wall, it was like having the toilet in the room.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Great rooms and facilities. Secure parking with security. Great location for tubes into Central London. Appreciated the offer of a £10 food voucher, or a free bottle of wine to accept the environmental promotion of not having housekeeping clean every day for my 2 day stay.

The TV switched itself off every 10 minutes, and wouldn't turn back on for some time. Very annoying. The shower door in the bathroom served both shower and toilet, and could be slid across to access one or the other. However, it was so stiff and heavy, at one point I was trapped in the shower for some minutes. I had a bit of a panic before I was able to get out. My next shower, I left it slightly open, which meant water leakage

Noise from all rooms door when closing, really disturbing. And make us wake up several times during night and early morning. Need more Staff . Their available staff work hard but they should add some.

Close to Piccadilly Line, room was comfortable, food was excellent

That the front door was closed on the Thursday evening when I returned fairly late from the tube and had to walk all round the outside of the building in the dark, the front door should be open at least until the tube stops, this was only around 10 pm

Room.was vey big and I liked how you could control the lights and AC with a touch pad made it so much easier! I also loved how the room had a mini fridge in it as well, the eco system they have set up too is really good

I had a problem with the room service system, one night I tried phoning them multiple times. I spent an hour doing so and even tried phoning the front desk too and ended up giving up and just not getting food that night, I also don't think the breakfast was worth £16 and I also think the AirTime feature on the TV is misleading at first didn't get the impression you'd have to rent the movies to watch them but I would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a good selection of amenities like tea/coffee maker, fridge, safe, shampoos, iron and lighting control panels. Breakfast was great and well provisioned to suit all tastes. The location is excellent. The Park Royal station is literally just across the road with an underpass that leads to the hotel. There is another training station (Hanger Lane) which is about 500 - 600 m from the hotel for a pleasant walk and serves a different underground line. There is a leisure park across the road with a good selection of restaurants and cinemas. The hotel has online check-in and check-out facility. The staff is truly exceptional - very pleasant and helpful and very considerate. It is my fourth stay here and it feels like a second home for me.

The lighting over the desk could be better. Sometimes when one is working at night, the general illumination may not be adequate in the writing area.

I stayed for two nights at park plaza. I had informed the property that it was my birthday. Upon arrival I was greeted by the reception and given my room key. I was so pleased that when I entered the room, I was welcomed with a beautiful happy birthday gesture. I was offered a discount for a wonderful evening meal, alongside a card to wish me happy birthday as a special guest. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a variety of different services. I would like to specially thank Nina and Stephanie for the excellent costumer service and making the stay memorable. Will definitely recommend and cannot wait to visit again! Many thanks

the stay was the most amazing experience. staff were absolutely lovely and do their absolute best to accommodate you. they go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and all your needs are met. breakfast was lovely, the extras were especially good. all of the menus have a variety and there’s something for everyone and the price is good value. facilities were all clean and very luxurious. we had the celebration package to our room and the hotel staff did their best to ensure it was a special memory for us. there was some hiccups with the room service but the staff made up for them instantly and as soon as there is a problem they set about on ways to fix it and ensure no stress for you

I had a truly excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and came equipped with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The on-site facilities were top-notch, I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The only drawback during my stay was the bed. While the room itself was lovely, the bed was unusually low to the ground and not particularly comfortable, which made it hard to get a restful night’s sleep. That said, everything else about the experience more than made up for it. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to others, especially if the bed issue is addressed in the future.

The room is comfortable and the ahower is great. A nice powerful head... that you can slide up and down for a change. The hotel is very close to Park Royal underground, literally 5 minutes walk. Park Royal is about 30 - 45 min from the centre of London via tube, in zone 3, so it's a £3 tap in, tap out journey as I write this. The staff are attentive and friendly, which is what you want really. Dinner was good, and represents good value considering the location. It's what I think of as "proper food", rather than posh nosh, again reflecting the price.

The breakfast, whilst being an all you can eat buffet, was cold both days by the time we arrived which was half an hour after start, but was otherwise nice.
