Swiss-Belinn Sharq is always a solid and dependable choice. The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful, consistently providing excellent service. The rooms are spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with easy access to key areas in the city. Another highlight is the on-site restaurant, which offers a wide selection of tasty dishes to suit all preferences. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel continues to deliver a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Location was great in regards my place of work, shopping and eating, very close to airport. Whilst not having breakfast the room service food was very good, which can also be eaten in the resturant.

The shower door does not quite fit so water soaks the shower mat, raised on previous visit, need attention in room 1503.

I loved how it was boutique and really quiet. The rooms exceeded my expectations, were spotlessly clean, modern and very well furnished. The small leisure room and pool was convenient and relaxing. The staff, in particular the man in the front desk (I wish I could remember his name) were so accommodating and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check-in and my room was ready, he was so happy to have me and anything that I needed they assisted it.

Everything was very clean, the staff was amazing and very flexible on all the requests (e.g.: late checkout), the room as big and and bed very confortable. The transfer worked perfectly. I will certainly come back.

The breakfast could be a bit more diverse and the pastries did not feel fresh. I encourage the hotel to improve the breakfast to be truly amazing experience. The Light control switches are bit confusing.

Excellent restaurant staff. Very quick to cater for what I asked for. Showing nice courtesy too. Excellent laundry service. Good and quick work. I'm very satisfied with it. Excellent location. Close to some fancy pink night scenes and a good restaurant. Overall a very nice hotel.

I recall the bathroom was a bit small but for a solo traveller like me it's okay.

I would personally like to thank three amazing staff members at this hotel that are the true GEMS of this place . Alaa, Masood and Marzia. 03 members treated me with absolute kindness. Making sure my room was cleaned daily. They showed me what areas are good for tourist attraction and also Alla in particular who spent his evening showing me the Assima mall. Really it is the employees that make this place beautiful but also it is a stunning building. Gonna miss it 😢. The view was absolutely immaculate and also I forgot to mention the temperature was around 41°C. So my AC was up and running. I have absolutely no complaints. Gym was perfect for me as I'm a gym goer and had everything I need. The space is small though but it was just me and another gentleman and we shared the space together no issues! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring, and there were always taxis nearby when we needed them. The room was cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and we got fresh bottles of water every day. The fitness and pool area were clean and nice to use, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a great experience—we’d happily stay here again!

Room was ready as soon as you entered the hotel, I was handed the keys as soon as greeted the Receptionist. I was offered assistance while I was parking my car in the shaded hotel parking area. Several coffee shops around the hotel, walking distance. The front desk greets you by name as you enter the hotel. Well Done.

Light control switches takes time to get familiar with.

The hotel is located in the Sharq area, close to Kuwait Towers. We booked a one-bedroom studio, and overall, it was clean, and the staff, as always, were very welcoming. There was ample parking available, which was convenient.

There are a few areas that could use improvement: the curtains didn’t block out the light completely, and both the pillows and bathroom towels are starting to show their age.

The property was extremely clean, quiet, and well maintained. The parking lot reserved for guests was a great plus for the hotel. The location was spot on, with easy access to all major roads and restaurants and grocery stores are nearby.

Nothing really to complain about, only that prices were a bit on the higher side of scale.
