Did not see anyone at all other than another patron at one point. No instructions we could find to direct us as to how to get breakfast - there was a kitchen upstairs and some stuff in there but we didn't know if we were allowed to get anything or did it belong to the other people staying there?

I recently stayed at the House of Sun B&B for over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious with beautiful decorations, and very lovely artwork, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. As someone who was working remotely, I can confirm that the WiFi is excellent and reliable, which was a crucial aspect for me. The property is very clean and situated in a nice location within a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cleaning staff and owners are extremely friendly and caring, which added a personal touch to my stay. There is plenty of space for food storage with two fridges available, and the kitchen is well-equipped with many utensils and items for cooking. This made it easy to prepare meals when needed. The closest shop is about a 7-minute walk away, which is convenient for picking up any essentials. To get to the city center, you can walk around 7 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and the bus ride takes about 10-12 minutes to reach central Vilnius. Additionally, using Bolt (similar to Uber) is very affordable and convenient for getting around. Overall, I highly recommend House of Sun B&B for both short and long stays.

I couldn't open one of the windows, and it was warm at 27°C. Some confusion between other guests about the rubbish bins because they weren't labeled. Not a big deal though.

It was a pleasant surprise to find that our bedroom was part of a villa decorated in a modern rustic style. The neighbourhood was surrounded by lots of trees (which provided us fresh air), which made our stay even more comfortable. We also had new quality linens. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for a short stay, including a professional coffee machine, tools, etc. Everything was impressive

The hotel has a shared kitchen, which makes it much easier to prepare our meals. Staff are very friendly, and we had timely responses to any inquiries about our hotel stay. There is an Express supermarket nearby, and a techno park for leisure.

The main entrance is quite narrow. It is tough for us to move luggage at check-in and check-out. I don't like the bed since it is soft and slippery, making it uncomfortable.

Hosts were helpful, kitchen was good, everything clean, bed comfortable, lots of tv channels, quiet safe neighborhood. Shower was hot and good pressure.

getting there from the bus stop on foot was challenging, including a steep climb and descent. We had room 7, which was very small. The bed is in a corner, making if difficult for the inner person to get out. Our room had a skylight so from 530 the room is no longer dark. The door is not soundproof so you hear everyone in the kitchen.

Clean and cosy, peasant and green tree-full neighborhood

If you'll have a room near the kitchen, it's a matter of other guests if it is quite or not (as doors is not so noise-proof as we would like then to be): we faced with a big company that decided that 4 am is a good time to spend it with a joy in the kitchen). Also, please note, that tourist city fee is not included in overall summary (thankfully, owner added this in a description later).

The location of the property was really convenient for us. We travelled for a scaffolding world championship which was nearby.

In the house rules there is one that wasn't the best for us, which was that you can't stay in the common area of the building after 10 pm. Being a group of 14 people we would have had team meetings and "late games"of cards taking place but overall it was for our own sake to be well rested for the competition. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan on booking here again.☺️ in

The place is wonderful. The room is sparkling clean, very comfortable and meticulously arranged. There are big windows in the room and I appreciate very much for the natural light and views from outside. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. The common area is very clean and cozy. It is like a home. Although it is a little far from the old town, but the walk has been very pleasant and easy. I came from the airport with the bus, the nearest bus stop is about 500m from this B&B. There is a supermarket nearby where you can get basically everything you need. I didn't meet the host my entire stay, but their instruction for check in/out was pretty clear and they are very responsive via text messages. Next time I visit Vilnius, I will choose this place. It's really the best hostel I've been too, it's hotel level, not the hostel one. The location is the best to my choice, the house is a piece of art, everything is clean and decorated, the surroundings are exceptionally green. I thougt the pictures are with too much Photoshop, but they are not... Really didn't want to leave)

The only issue I had was with early check in, that was impossible, but I guess it's because the festival week, everything was solg out in the whole city.

It’s in a beautiful building with lots of exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. There are lots of paintings and tastefully chosen art pieces dotted around which give the place a personal touch. It’s very quiet at night. You can enjoy the morning birdsong from the balcony. The shower is hot. Host kindly replaced towels after the first night. The bed was really comfy. It’s near to the arty Uzupis neighbourhood with lots of trendy restaurants and coffee shops (and a magical cat).

The property itself was lovely but it’s a bit of a trek from the city center (maybe 30 minutes walk). I love walking so it wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be for others. The road leading there is also a little quiet and dark - recommend timing your arrival for the daylight hours.
