Very nice family room, perfect location, nice interior.

Poor breakfast for 5 stars, jacuzzi in spa area didn’t work, spa zone is very small, for one or maximum two families.

the hotel is beautifully maintained, oldest in the old town and historically built in 16th century. staff were welcoming and helpful, we were treated to a welcoming cocktail and provided so much information to navigate the area. there is an elevator for ease of mobility w/ heavy luggage and elder people. Daily breakfast included was delicious and served in a brick arched basement refurnished cellar that looked like an old wine cellar, truly fantastic setting. the hotel is directly central to Old Town and on the main strip where so much is happening that we felt so lucky to be positioned w/in walking distance of all we hoped to see in Vilnius. we used Bolt to travel by scooter and by taxi to outskirts of old town and beyond to Trakai castle and this was easy enough. the hotel assisted w/ shuttle transfer from airport to hotel. the rooms were clean, classically designed and comfortable, turn down service, all truly fine touches to our stay. my family and i would return to Narutis hotel in the future!!

Location in old town was very good, The hotel was very beautiful and clean. We also enjoyed the spa very much. Breakfast was good but the staff in breakfast was not, There was lot of staff and they bring coffee in table. But they ignored us and didn`t come to ask us. We had to stand up and find someone who brings the coffee. This is five star hotel so I accept also a good service. In good hotels they ask yout room number when you come and then they show your table and ask do you want coffee. There was also only fried eggs in breakfast. Not possible to get omelettes or scrambled eggs and something speacial.

We came early in the morning and we understand that we dont't get the room so early and usually we just leave the luggage and we come later. The man in reception didn't say: hello, welcome or how are you. He just said: the room is not ready, nothing else. Usually they say: welcome, unfortunately the room is not ready but you can leave your luggage and they give some estimated time. This is not a big thing but this is 5 star hotel!!! His clothing was also a little bit strange (white t-shirt).

I would say its not a 5 star, its a little bit old, worn out hotel! The small details and interior is very nice, but overall its old! Some items in the room barely work, the lamp was almost to fall! The spa - whirlpool was not working, but the water was warm inside, so please, clean it, it was very dirty, You could see the dirt on the whirlpool edges, i was not comfortable to sit in, if its not working and You are not cleaning it, please - just close it for the use, otherwise it felt unhygienic! The room was clean, but in bathroom - everything very old! The lady in the restaurant - she was really nice, You can feel - she loves her work and she really is in a 5 star hotel level! Also the receptionist was nice and polite! Breakfast was good, the waiters very polite and hard working, but still - breakfast could be more variety! In overall - next time we would choose other 5 star hotel in Vilnius!

The spa zone - was not working properly and was not clean!

Lovely boutique hotel in a historical building, central location near to the Vilnius University and all the main attractions of the old town. Classically decorated rooms, extremely comfortable bed, good spa facilities, good breakfast. I really appreciated the room upgrade ( after discovering some technical issues in the first room assigned). Lovely touch to offer a welcoming drink in the bar. Special thanks to the gentleman who helped me with the luggage and accompanied me to the taxi.

On the arrival day I discovered some technical issues in the first room but the front desk manager offered me another room ( actually an upgrade- very much appreciated)

Our recent stay at the Narutis hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. The room itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the old town .I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. SPA was a great addition. Overall, our stay at the Narutis hotel was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vilnius.

Great location in the heart of Vilnius. High quality facilities and clean.

We booked the room for the New Year’s Eve and at the time of booking there was no mention of different conditions for the day. After inquiring about restaurant working hours weeks ahead we were told it will be open till 8pm, but at the check in we were told it was 7pm. At about 5pm we called the room service where we were told 6pm is the latest time, so we ordered the food for that time even though that was really not what we wanted to do. Later on we heard the receptionist telling other guests it was still 7pm, so it was all messy and not coordinated. It was too late to change our order time, so we had to have the dinner at 6pm. It felt that they prioritised the new years even event and their attendees over hotel guests.

Beautiful building, great location, staff were very nice and very accommodating. Staff were quick to help with any problems or needs and made you feel that their purpose was to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Our air conditioning did not work so the staff gave us another room for the night and then finally moved us into another room. The staff moved all of our belongings without a problem.

Our first room, the air conditioning did not seem to work. We moved to a room with working air conditioning the first night and then were moved into a bigger room with working A/C, finally. Unfortunately, the final room was on the fourth floor and the elevator broke down and was not fixed for the first 3 days of our stay.

Fantastic breakfast with a choice of both hot and cold food. The dishes were regularly refilled by attentive staff. Lovely breakfast area too. Bedroom was spacious and nicely furnished with a super comfortable bed. The hotel had the best location right in the heart of the old town. Loads of restaurants, cafes and bars close by however the hotel wasn’t noisy in the communal areas and outside noise didn’t reach our bedroom which looked out onto the street.

The bathroom was a little outdated and the bath was very narrow. However, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were supplied and were good quality products.
