Loved the hotel! It's clean, very comfy and the location is perfect - minutes away from the old town, very close to the train station and bus station - and really close to the airport - got there in 15 minutes by bus! The room just amazed me for this price - it's spacious, clean, has everything you might need, kettle., complimentary tea and mineral water. The design is modern and minimalistic, very airy, shower is fantastic. For those not tech-savvy among us - I don't think there's anyone at the reception - but it's very simple: in the chat with the hotel they send you the code to the front door and your room number and code to your room - and simple as that. If you have any questions - someone always answers in the chat in 30 minutes, more or less. There's luggage storage - so that was very convenient. And - adjacent to the hotel is a wonderful cafe/bakery with the most delicious fresh croissants, great coffee and brunches - a must!

The location was great - between the bus station and the old town. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The room was cozy, comfortable and well-decorated.

This wasn't a hotel as there was no reception or daily cleaning (it's a pet peeve of mine when places call themselves hotels when they clearly aren't). It was more of a guest house. My TV didn't work and there was no one to ask to fix it.

Check-in was by 2 codes sent by email on my day of arrival; 1 code for the outer door and a different code for the room door and the system worked perfectly. Entrance is either through the coffee shop or under the adjacent archway to the entrance door in the left corner of the courtyard where you will see the keypad next to the door. I had a very clean and comfortable room and the location was great because it was close to the bus and railway stations, just a 5 minute walk for my early morning departure by train to Riga. Also a 5 minute walk to the Gate of Dawn and the old town. I only stayed 1 night but it suited my needs very well and proved to be excellent value for money.

Prior to arrival I was a little concerned about the lack of a Reception but in reality it wasn't an issue, just carefully follow the check-in instructions given in the email.

Location: all the buses from the airport have stops in 10 minutes walking distance or less, central bus and train stations are less than 10 minutes on foot away. It's clean and well-maintained. All the things that a room lacks (like a fridge) are shared. Price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

Room #1 has windows on the street side, and it might be somewhat noisy in the night (cars and people talking loudly are heard), so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you might need ear plugs.

The interior matched the photos. Comfortable clean room with all necessary things for 1 night stay. Heating and plumbing worked properly.

Was not easy to access. I had to look for the front door. Street signage is missing, no any info signs at the building. The electronic key system failed. I had to call staff for help, what is expensive in roaming.

The hotel exceeded expectations. On Google maps it was a strange building, in fact the hotel is in the courtyard. The location is very good: on a quiet street between the train station and the old center. The hotel is well renovated, clean, warm, not damp. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the towels were perfectly white. There was air conditioning, but we slept with the window open because it was quiet outside. I would like to separately note the very convenient shower cabin and coat rack. There was a shoe horn too! We liked absolutely everything! The room has a kettle and a bottle of drinking water per person, if this is relevant to anyone

I don’t know where to start, so many things were great! Location was so close (5-10min walk) to the main old town sites and activities (Old Town is 4 square km). Rooms were clean and modern, air conditioner and heat options in the room itself! Beds were okay, but still comfy and fit my 187cm length no worries. Attached to a cafe that is a great breakfast option. Quiet area, very close to central station which we arrived from the airport via bus, walked approx 5 minutes to the hotel. All in all I’d say this is a great stay! Would recommend

I hate to be this picky but they need better pillows. We stayed as a family in multiple rooms and each room had the same pillow that was so thin it felt like nothing was there. I don’t even use a big pillow at home, but this felt like I had no pillow at all!

the location is perfect. it is less than 10 mins walk from central bus & train station and a few mins walk from the old town, which is super convenient for travelers. the room was terrific. it was clean and well-decorated. i book a quiet room and it was super quiet. we barely hear any sound. the check-in process is self check-in, which means you don't need to worried about wether the reception is still open when you arrive. and the food of the cafe was delicious. i strongly suggest you to buy some bread there.

the room access code was not correct. and the automatic faucet was faulty. water kept coming out from the faucet before we entered the room. but the contact number is always open. they replied as immediately, which was kind of nice.

Good location close to the VILNIUS bus station and going towards the old town. Quiet building with inner court and cafe with full services on site. Good coffee and breakfast items available. Self check in with good instructions and flexible check in times. Would have been nice to have an extra pillow, but with no one on site did not ask. Price / Quality was very good for the room we had. The outside of the building does not look so inviting but the inside is very nicely decorated. Asked for a suggestion of what to do on Easter Monday and only got response that the people at the reception were not from Vilnius. One suggestion: always have some websites or contacts on hand to provide your guests. Example: https://www.vilnius-events.lt/en/ After having been in Vilnius I would have a list of suggestions and definitely would know where to send my clients to find out more about events happening on the day that I arrive. It's not what a hotel has to provide, but it is a nice touch and good to know if a hotel guest asks.
