Loved the hotel! It's clean, very comfy and the location is perfect - minutes away from the old town, very close to the train station and bus station - and really close to the airport - got there in 15 minutes by bus! The room just amazed me for this price - it's spacious, clean, has everything you might need, kettle., complimentary tea and mineral water. The design is modern and minimalistic, very airy, shower is fantastic. For those not tech-savvy among us - I don't think there's anyone at the reception - but it's very simple: in the chat with the hotel they send you the code to the front door and your room number and code to your room - and simple as that. If you have any questions - someone always answers in the chat in 30 minutes, more or less. There's luggage storage - so that was very convenient. And - adjacent to the hotel is a wonderful cafe/bakery with the most delicious fresh croissants, great coffee and brunches - a must!

The location was great - between the bus station and the old town. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The room was cozy, comfortable and well-decorated.

This wasn't a hotel as there was no reception or daily cleaning (it's a pet peeve of mine when places call themselves hotels when they clearly aren't). It was more of a guest house. My TV didn't work and there was no one to ask to fix it.

Location: all the buses from the airport have stops in 10 minutes walking distance or less, central bus and train stations are less than 10 minutes on foot away. It's clean and well-maintained. All the things that a room lacks (like a fridge) are shared. Price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

Room #1 has windows on the street side, and it might be somewhat noisy in the night (cars and people talking loudly are heard), so if you are a sensitive sleeper, you might need ear plugs.

The interior matched the photos. Comfortable clean room with all necessary things for 1 night stay. Heating and plumbing worked properly.

Was not easy to access. I had to look for the front door. Street signage is missing, no any info signs at the building. The electronic key system failed. I had to call staff for help, what is expensive in roaming.

I don’t know where to start, so many things were great! Location was so close (5-10min walk) to the main old town sites and activities (Old Town is 4 square km). Rooms were clean and modern, air conditioner and heat options in the room itself! Beds were okay, but still comfy and fit my 187cm length no worries. Attached to a cafe that is a great breakfast option. Quiet area, very close to central station which we arrived from the airport via bus, walked approx 5 minutes to the hotel. All in all I’d say this is a great stay! Would recommend

I hate to be this picky but they need better pillows. We stayed as a family in multiple rooms and each room had the same pillow that was so thin it felt like nothing was there. I don’t even use a big pillow at home, but this felt like I had no pillow at all!

Good location close to the VILNIUS bus station and going towards the old town. Quiet building with inner court and cafe with full services on site. Good coffee and breakfast items available. Self check in with good instructions and flexible check in times. Would have been nice to have an extra pillow, but with no one on site did not ask. Price / Quality was very good for the room we had. The outside of the building does not look so inviting but the inside is very nicely decorated. Asked for a suggestion of what to do on Easter Monday and only got response that the people at the reception were not from Vilnius. One suggestion: always have some websites or contacts on hand to provide your guests. Example: https://www.vilnius-events.lt/en/ After having been in Vilnius I would have a list of suggestions and definitely would know where to send my clients to find out more about events happening on the day that I arrive. It's not what a hotel has to provide, but it is a nice touch and good to know if a hotel guest asks.

The room was adequately sized for a solo traveller. Bathroom was quite big (almost the size of the actual living space in the room). Room was also located in an area that was quiet on the outside which was good. The room I stayed in also has air condition for those who need it. During the winter months, despite it being really cold outside, I still found myself using the air condition as the room is really warm. Hotel is also located around a 10-15 minute walk from the old town and around 5 minutes from the central bus station which is very convenient for people who want to travel outside of Vilnius. There is also almost no interaction with the staff. Everything is done through the codes they give you on the booking.com app. It is self check-in and checkout which is good if you are arriving and leaving at odd hours.

The walls of the hotel are quite thin, which means you can hear those around you. Fortunately that didn't affect me much, but I can see how that might be a negative to some people. I do think there can also be more amenities in the room however this is a personal preference. I do think that the room can get quite small though if you have luggage or a lot of bags to carry

I like the location which is only a short walk from the train station. From there you can take a train to the airport which takes 7 minutes and costs like 80 cents. They have a baggage storage room in front of room 5 where I could put my baggage after I checked out. By the way, checkin and checkout are automatic, there is no staff in the hotel. They send you entry instructions before your stay.

Maybe it's just me but there was no coffee provided, only tea. Also the sink is automatic in the bathroom which starts and stops kind of randomly, it can be pretty annoying sometimes.

The room was modern, fresh and spotlessly clean. It had a nice space just through the door to hang and store my belongings, and there was a useful shelf next to the bed with plug sockets above it. I was grateful for the couple of bottles of water that had been left for me, and there was a kettle and a couple of tea bags, although I didn't use these. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful - warm and powerful. I loved the smell from the bakery each time I left my room! There were lots of lighting options and the TV had several channels to choose from (I was happy to discover classic Friends episodes the few times I switched it on!). The location was great for the bus and train station in particular and only a short walk from the main sights of the Old Town. The accommodation is on a quiet street and the bakery next to it offers delicious sugar-free food; I'd recommend the scrambled eggs and pancetta on rye bread for brunch! Check-in and out were easy; I was sent a code for my room and the main door, as the hotel isn't staffed. There was no housekeeping at all for the three nights I was there, but this wasn't an issue for me.

The bed wasn't so comfortable for me, as I'm used to a deep, supportive mattress and here the mattress was very thin (more like a mattress topper). The room was too warm for me, even though it was less than zero degrees outside, and there were no heating controls within the room to turn it off at night. There was aircon, but it felt very uneconomical and un-climate-friendly to use that to cool an overheated room when it was so cold outside. I did appreciate the warmth each time I returned to the room but just couldn't handle it at night! Despite these things, I very much enjoyed my stay.
