The location was very quiet, free parking, and staff always around to help, also a free shuttle service into Valetta

The room was closed to a main road, which dome people may find noisy, I live on a main road, so it didn't bother me too much. Ask for a back street room

Hotel is in a quiet location. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Loads of options for breakfast (ask for machine made coffee for eg cappuccino separately). Staff were nice and friendly. Free shuttle in the morning to Sliema, Valetta and Julian was so handy to have. The drivers were punctual. Use Bolt app if you're there. Also, Bolt to and from airport is around 12e.

You have to ask at the reception for shower caps, extra towels (as we only got 2 big and 1 hand towel), slippers etc..as these were not in the room.. Hot food for breakfast wasn't hot. Steam room and sauna were not always on..

Very nice place, and it's close to town, about 15 min walk. A nice outside pool, indoor pool, and spa are brilliant. Lovely staff 👌i can give big 🌟 for them. The room is the perfect size for a family of 5, massive and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We had two balconies with a view. Wi-Fi free. Free shetulle from Urban Valley to Valletta. Tennis courts free. Nice breakfast. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect.

We were super happy with our 2 bedroom apartment at Urban Valley Spa Resort. Everything exceeded our expectations - the friendly staff, the calm decor, spa-like bathroom, the pretty grounds, the pools and tennis courts, the lovely breakfasts. All were great. We had 2 balconies, both overlooking the pool. Good aircon in all rooms. The windows had both curtains and linen sheers so we could choose how private we wanted the rooms to be. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean, bright and modern but in a holistic earthy way, not cold and sterile. Although there is no sea view due to the hotel being inland, we found it in an ideal location to act as a base to explore the island from, and there was plenty of parking at all times for our hire car. The staff all seemed genuinely pleased to be working there and are an asset to the resort. Their care and attention shows, as the resort was pretty, well maintained and spotless.

Everything was great, the staff was super helpful and nice, the facilities was great, our room was spacious and always clean.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay and everything was great from the attentive staff to the spacious room. the room was clean, well organized and aired, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It has a mini fridge, instant coffee and milk, tea and sugar with a water boiler in case you want to prepare in the morning and 2 complementary water bottles. Great bathroom with proper toiletries. The staff was welcoming and genuinly nice, offered some tips on.what to visit. At our time of the visit the hotel offered a free shuttle to Valletta or Sliema, which came of great use to us. The breakfast is varied to satisfy any need and want, with fresh pastries and bacon and eggs, fruits, yogurt and many others.Our vacation was really relaxing and we would gladly return to Urban Valley and recommend to anyone visiting.

This place is a hidden gem in Malta! I so much love it! The staff are committed, well mannered, and have the best attitude ever! I have been in so many places in Europe, these are professionals ready to satisfy the clients! Matthew chose exactly the room which I most needed, I can't be grateful enough!! That said, the place itself is in the centre of Malta, yet in a quiet area, one can really say I had a good rest! The rooms are not only well designed but so comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable! The price was so good too!! The breakfast was delicious, and there were halel sausages! That was amazing, and definitely, I will tell all my Muslim friends about you guys because you made the effort to be inclusive, which might seem petite for you, but for me, it's really amazing! The heated pool was really a plus in winter, and the sauna was really needed!

The hotel is located in a quieter area, so you can rest comfortably in the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and always helped us, for example we wanted to change the room and we were able to do that too. Our room was bigger than the usual hotel room we are used to. On our last day in Malta, our flight left at midnight and we were able to store our luggage and use all the services at the hotel all day. The breakfast selection was varied. There were two swimming pools on the territory, where we always found a place. In addition, we rented a car for the trip, which could be parked in the hotel parking lot without any worries.

If you want to use the hotel's free transfer to Valletta, for example, it can only be done in the first half of the day.

Our room was modern and clean. The spa was great! It had a super cold pool which was very refreshing from the heat.

We had a Corner Suite which meant our bed was behind a wall from the air conditioning unit so we had to ask for an extra fan. Also both outdoor pools were warm (like a bath) and they got hotter as the day continued. They weren’t refreshing. I’ve seen a few other customers comment this but nothing seems to change. So, if you want a refreshing dip, this hotel isn’t for you. The reviews (and photos) imply it is a relaxing place, I would disagree. This hotel is now marketed in Malta as the cheapest pool day pass hotel, which means it fills up with non hotel guests and their kids (especially on weekend and bank holidays). There were a lot of screaming kids which made it not relaxing at all.

Definitely has become my favourite resort to visit on this island 🙏 It s in the central of Malta, surrounded by greenery and located in a clean and quiet area, which is hard to find in Malta nowadays! Great value for money for a 4 star resort, the staff are all friendly, helpful & service with a genuine smile. We have tried buffet breakfast, dinner as well the take-out food and it has been delicious each time and does not break the bank. I was impressed the most by the pet friendly service though; 1st hotel in Malta I came across to accept dogs (up to 10kgs) and they have treated them like queens! From giving them goodies, food and even provide bedding! They were also allowed in the restaurant with us and served water! We had initially booked a supreme double room and even been upgraded to a suite for free! The hotel is exceptionally clean, all amenities provided and the beds are extremely comfortable too! The Friday night bbqs are great fun too, mouth watering food and live performance, as well their day by the pool. We will definitely become regular visitors 😊❤️🙏 Thank you ever so much!

I liked everything about the property! The only thing I would perhaps put in the suggestion box is a discounted price list for guests using Dee Spas, as although it was a nice massage, it was a bit on the pricey side and we werent even offered a glass of water or tea as per usual massages - but nothing to complain about in general and you will definitely see us again 🙏
