If you are reading this review and looking for a place to stay in Sliema - you are in the best place! Don't wait a moment and book without hesitation! The owners make you feel, in short, like at home 😊 communication, commitment, and time to drink coffee together - we felt like a long-awaited family. The cleanliness of the facility, the room, the roof terrace where you can sit on comfortable deckchairs or on the second terrace at the table - amazing! Quiet street - 5 minutes to public transport and the ship to Valetta, 2 minutes to one of the oldest bakeries in Malta, 7 minutes to Lidl - great! We are looking forward to our next trip - ONLY THIS PLACE - there is no doubt that in this facility many people care about the atmosphere, and this one will delight you from the moment you enter❤️❤️

It was really fantastic stay for us. The location is perfect, it's just 5 minutes walk to the Ferry that takes you to Valletta and even less for the bus stop. Many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The studio is quite modern and has everything you need: a table if you need to work or for dine, sofas and TV to enjoy a movie in the evening, bed and pillows are super comfortable, a big bathroom with a great shower. The room is very clean (there is a daily cleaning service) and bathrobe and slippers were provided for our stay. The service provided by Dave is superb, he is very communicative and helpful with anything you might need. We could feel that Dave took great care in every little thing to make our stay really comfy.

Perfect apartments. The service is a 10. Cleanliness is also a 10.The apartments look like you are in a hotel. From towels that are changed every day, to bathrobes, slippers, an iron, an ironing board, air conditioning, and a TV… I have no complaints. I highly recommend these wonderful people for your vacation in Malta. Thank you to the whole D Townhouse team for your kindness.

Couldn't have chosen a better accommodation - everything was excellent. Communication with Rod, even before our arrival was great and I felt that we're in good hands. Location is perfect, a 2-minute-walk to the harbour and the ferry to Valetta. Supermarket is a 4-minute-walk. The street itself is very quiet and only a short walk separates you from the atmosphere of Sliema. The accomodation itself was very tidy and clean. We asked for additional cleaning one day (because our room was untidy - our fault), and they did the perfect job (even brought additional coffee). When we arrived, a detailed note about Sliema and reccomendations was waiting for us in our room, as well as some welcome sweets and coffee (much appreciated :D). I would recommend this place to everyone and if we ever come to Malta again, we'll definitely stay in the same place.

Really enjoyed our stay here, Rod was so friendly and helpful and very informative. He left a gift for my birthday which was very thoughtful . Our room was cleaned and fresh towels left every day . Beautiful sun terrace on top floor. We also found that it was lovely and quiet here, which was great to get a good night's sleep 😴 Comfy bed and great shower ! A short walk to shop, restaurants, bus stop etc...Great place to stay as a base for visiting other places of interest. Thanks Rod, from M&M 😊

The location is great. It is less than a 5-minute walk to bus stops and the Valletta ferry terminal. There are several pubs and restaurants along the waterfront. A local bakery is nearby. The Wine Merchant store is also close by. Rod was a great source of information. He was available in reception during the mornings. Housekeeping was provided daily if desired. Toiletries were provided. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The bed and loveseat were comfy. The air conditioning worked well.

Excellent location close to Sliema's waterfront 'action' but in a quiet street. Large room with some nice touches in reception, eg. free sweets! Outstanding communications and advice from owner Rod before and during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a light sleeper and an on-off, irregular low humming noise was evident from very early morning (no, it wasn't the fridge). Most people probably wouldn't notice. Also some noise from room above, but only what you'd expect with tiled floors etc. One minor thing - some sort of milk product would be good to go with the excellent coffee maker.

Had a great stay! I lived in Malta for almost 7 years, mainly in the area of Sliema so I know a bit what's out there regarding hotels. The room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. The room was super clean and I loved the rooftop with a view on Valletta. The owner is super friendly and it's very easy to enter the property on your day of arrival. Also the location is excellent, not far from the strand (and all the bars and shops) in Sliema but far enough to have a quiet night of sleep. If I go and visit Malta again I will definitely stay here, thanks for a great stay :)

Our host, Roderick was very friendly and responsive via Whatsapp, he welcomed us personally and he gave us a very useful document with important information about the area (public transport, where to eat, nearby shops etc.). We had a discount to Tony's bar which quickly became our favourite restaurant in Sliema: very tasty dishes, super big portions and the waiter is also very nice! :) Our room was very well located but still quiet, it was totally clean (and the cleaning stuff came every day, they were very friendly as well! :) ), the furniture was modern and stylish, the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked nicely when needed. The bathroom was also modern and spacious. The soundproofing between the rooms was excellent since there were no wall neighbours. We recommend it to everyone and would definitely return if we visit Malta again! :)

The only problem we had is that there were no mosquito net on the windows so sometimes there were mosquitos in the room. The street noises can be loud in the morning, but that didn't really bother us.

The property has a great location, close to restaurants ferry buses laundromat chemist doctor and supermarkets. it was super comfortable, quite spacious for 2 people. We ate in for a few nights ordering Boltfood (like Uber Eats) as apartment was roomy enough with a dining table and chairs. There is some very handy written information provided ( including medical which we needed) and a very helpful owner/ manager who is there in the morning. Rooms cleaned daily. Buses to Valletta are just down the road - connecting to everywhere on malta. The ferry to Valletta is also there. We used the buses a lot but the Bolt and Uber services are quite cheap too.

Nothing! But it is uphill from the waterfront ( restaurants buses ferry etc) so difficult for mobility challenged people.
