Perfect location to explore Malta! In front of the hotel are main ferry and bus stops which are very convenient to transport around the island. Very close are also many restaurants with different cuisine, you should try the OPA Restaurant right next to the hotel in which you have 15% discount as a hotel guest! Recommend also to book hotel breakfast for the amazing view from the 8th floor rooftop. Very helpful staff, you can ask the reception about maps or different routes. The room was cleaned every day.

We were on the 7th floor and it was a little bit noisy around 07:30 when the breakfast was served.

The staff and Manager were very friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. Right opposite the Sliema to Valletta ferry and bus stop. Stack of Restaurants literally at your doorstep. Breakfast was very good and served with a magnificent view looking over the harbour. The boys serving at breakfast were great and couldn't be more helpful. They varied the breakfast selection each morning. Our room was quite large and had a great sized balcony with a view to die for. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our room was serviced every day and the Hotel was kept very clean. Close to shops and convenience stores if you need supplies. There is a safe in your room and hairdryer. Would I stay again? Yes without a doubt.

The major thing that lets the place down is the lifts. They really need to be replaced or upgraded. There is no hiding the hotel is aging a bit, and there are a few little things that could be done to upgrade it. The bathroom was very serviceable, but a new floor and new door and a little tarting up would make a big difference. A new lock on the room door wouldn't go astray either. The sofa and cushions could also do with an upgrade, New bed pillows wouldn't go astray either.

Great location, room with a sea view Spacious room with acomfy bed. Tasty breakfast with great view of the bay. Helpful staff. I stayed in this hotel again and I would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely location in Sliema. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars around the area with the ferry to Valetta so close! The team was fantastic and would like to thank them for the complimentary upgrade especially Thomas who made check in so easy

Great hotel in a great location for exploring Malta. If you are just going to visit Valetta during your holiday then I would stay there. But if you want to explore the rest of the country then I would definitely stay in Salima and this hotel is situated perfectly for that. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the Ferry 1 to 5 bus stops which are used to explore the rest of Malta. The ferry that goes over to Valletta is right across the street. Many shops and restaurants also nearby. As for the hotel itself, it is very nice. The buffet breakfast is amazing - the best I have encountered in Europe during my last month of traveling. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I treated myself to the seaview room with a balcony and it was definitely worth the money. The views of Valetta and Sliema were very nice especially at night.

Elevators can be a bit slow as there's only 2 very small ones holding a maximum of 2 and 3 people respectively. Not really an issue except maybe at breakfast and check out time.

The room was spacious and had an amazing view. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast had a good spread and the view from the breakfast area is spectacular. The Hotel is in a busy central location and just next to the ferry stop to Valetta.

Though the overall experience was quite good, the Hotel seems to be from a different era with claustrophobic lifts and dated toilets.

Spacious rooms (though a little outdated). Location is good, right by the ferry to valetta (but we used land transportation instead). On our departure Shushma from the reception was absolutely wonderful- we left our bags at the reception since we had an evening flight, and she gladly organised an Uber for us.

Well the hotel at first glance looks "modern" but one loses that perception upon entering the elevator for example,which was old. Same thing for the bathroom - just in need of remodel . Also, breakfast was €11 per person.... Considering they are literally on-top of a bar where a coffee and croissant cost €4, we thought it was unreasonable. Unclear what was included on the room....my mom's room had 3 bottles of water, ours didn't . Our room had international wall sockets, my mom's didn't.

Very safe area, nice shops, supermakets nearby, bus easy to reach and go to every part of the city, The best thing is that only 45 euro / night with breakfast so this was indeed value for money compared to other countries. Cleaning every day, nice bath, samphoo, electric heated tee pot that I used to drink my tea every day, small mini fridge, internat with very good speed for Remote Desktop (RDP) and TV with various news channel.. Quiet and very helpful staf that speak English, breakfast was a delight and had a very good view from the 8th floor. If I come to Malta again I will use this hotel if the price stays the same.

Sometimes the reception was out of office and I had to wait up to 10 minutes for somebody to arrive and give me the key. Also, the elevators are not new so you have to keep pressing the button to call the elevator otherwise it will never come to your floor. Concerning the elevator if you are on 8th and press 2th and then 5th you have to wait to go to 2th (the 5th floor command is ignored). So you really have to be quick in pressing your floor number otherwise somebody else will take it over. Once I figured out I had no problem with the elevators, so its really not important. There is no other issue.

My friend and I stayed in the Sliema Marina hotel for eight nights. The hotel building needs a little bit of a makeover, particularly elevators. But, despite that we would recommend the hotel firstly because of it's nice, hospitable and helpful staff, from the reception desk, room maids, waiters to the erasmus students during breakfast time. Hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road there is a ferry boat station for Valletta, bus station, hop on hop off bus, cruise boats, small kiosks where you can book different day trips around Malta. Along the street there are a lot of good restaurants, including Opa's which is part of the hotel, where we had a great meal. Carolinas Petite Cafe, pastry shop is nearby with very good cakes, crepes and pancakes. Our room was clean and maintained every day. And lastly we loved the absolutely stunning view from the eight floor, which we enjoyed every morning during breakfast.
