Looked exactly like the pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. Location was great. We didn’t try the breakfast or the pool so I can’t say anything about that. Overall a great experience.

The water in the bathroom changed temperatures and the pressure was very low. It was difficult to get the correct temperature as it changed from hot to cold with slight movements. The drain in the shower was also not great as it sometimes flooded and the door to the shower did not seal all the way. The balcony is very small, no place to sit at all. They offer a pool but no where to hang wet swimwear and towels. There is a 100 euro deposit which is returned upon check out, it is mentioned on the website but you have to look for it, it is not very obvious when you book, so that was an unpleasant surprise.

I stayed at ELEVEN by Warren for three weeks and felt almost at home after just a few days. My room was modern and functional; the furniture was well-kept and in first-class condition. From a small balcony, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The internet signal is strong and stable. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you don't need to go to a restaurant for every little snack. Only about 200 meters away is the large shopping mall “The Point,” with a EUROSPAR supermarket. The facilities also include a small safe for valuables, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The numerous hangers for clothes were very convenient. The waterfront promenade with a bus stop is in the opposite direction, only a few hundred meters away. From here, you can reach numerous places and points of interest in Sliema and Valetta with various regular buses (each ticket 2 euros), as well as the pier for the ferry across to Valetta (2 euros). This is also the starting point for the several-hour island tours (25 euros) with the open-top double-decker buses. But the best thing about ELEVEN is the lovely staff: they are super friendly, invaluable, and always ready to fulfill your every wish. I recommend the ELEVEEN without reservation. Ten out of ten stars.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The plus of the hotel is definitely the location. Near the hotel there's many restaurants, there's a very nice view of Valetta, a bus stop and the ferry to go to Valetta is at less than 5min of walk. The room is spacious, clean an it was silent (there was not noise of the outside street). The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I arrived a bit before the check-in time and the room was already ready, this was highly appreciated.

The water of the shower was either cold or super hot, it was quite challenging to find the middle term. The breakfast was quite simple, some more options would be preferable.

This is recently renovated hotel with excellent location. The bed was comfortable and apartment was kept clean every day. The staff was kind and super helpful when we had the problem with water pressure and they solved it in half an hour. We enjoyed coffee that was available in the ground floor.

Not that we didn't like but it could be worth to mention that there are some amenities mentioned in description but missing in the apartment, like iron and kettle. Drying towels and swimsuits was quite difficult as there is nothing for that purpose it the room. We managed to dry them by hanging on metal mesh on the wall, however this would be much easier if more hangers are provided :) Also, it should be mentioned that guest are obligated to pay deposit (not with cash) upon check-in, not just to show credit card as it was stated on Booking.

The only note is for the breakfast. The hotel is so great with a very poor breakfast. The only thing to improve. Is really basic.

Great location, friendly service. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Clean room with complementary coffee/tea that was refreshed every day. Amenities like iron table, safe, kitchen appliances and power outlet adaptors were available. Rooftop bar has an amazing city view and it's a pleasure to have your coffee there.

Bed was OK, but the mattress was really hard, which may not be suitable for everyone. The walls are really thin and conversations from adjacent rooms can be overheard. The corridors in the common space are really narrow and you can hear when someone is leaving their room.

The property is clean, and very nice. It was easy to fined it, and it was easy to access all the attractions I was interested in. There is a fiery in 10 minutes walking distance which will bring you to Valletta. And there is a big shopping center near by. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

They were always polite and helpful. *Location - The hotel is close to bus stops and ferry, supermarkets and restaurants. *Beautiful view of Valletta from the rooftop. * Two blocks from the promenade. * The hotel offers 1 hour extention of the check out for free ( 12pm instead of 11am).

*FYI The hotel is on a hill so it is a bit of a hike. *Bare in mind there is 100 euro deposit, which I get to know only after I have already booked the room. * The balcony is very very small, you can't sit there, only stand. *The bathroom amenities were extremely watery, I am not really sure it they were Rituals (as said on the label)

We arrived in the morning, and although the room wasn’t ready yet (as stated, check-in was only available in the afternoon), the staff kindly stored our luggage while we explored the city. The reception staff explained everything thoroughly and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast staff was incredibly kind, and although the food selection remained the same each day, it was delicious and offered a good variety. The housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and precise. We really liked the room’s design; it was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, and nothing disturbed our peace. We didn’t try the pool due to the cold weather, but here’s a tip: take your morning coffee up to the 10th floor and enjoy it with the breathtaking view.

There was nothing that caused any problems.

Our welcome to the hotel by Chiara was exceptional. We arrived early (about 12:30pm) and were told that check in would be at 3pm, however my mother, with whom I was travelling, is elderly (88 years old) and we had been up since 6am and so I politely requested our room to be available as soon as possible. In the end, Chiara was able to accommodate us shortly afterwards. In general, the front desk staff were friendly, polite, helpful and wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. In particular Kristy and Chiara who were so interested and caring. The beds were comfortable, and the room relatively quiet for a fully booked hotel. The location in Sliema was perfect, within walking distance to a large shopping centre and also to the ferries and many shops and restaurants. Fabulous view from the rooftop. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice touch as well.

The room was a little small for two people with luggage, however, since we were out all day everyday and only used the room to sleep, it was not too bad. The pool was pretty small, but luckily not heavily used so we were able to have it to ourselves. It was a shame that the pool area closed at 8pm as it was nice to sit up there and have a drink and watch the sun set. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the coffee machine in the room for those of us 'more senior' people that are not used to the machine. Likewise for the television!
