Lovely large rooms, close to everything, very comfortable and staff was accommodating.

Bathroom water pressure was meager. A tad noisy at night, large ceilings and courtyard echoey when people gather. Internet sucked.

Large spacious room to spread out for the 5 days we were there. Lots of character, most of the tourists were Mexican. An easy walk into the main Plaza for sight seeing and also some nice restaurants at Plaza de las 9 Esquinas. Reception staff did speak English and were very helpful with our Tequila Tour. Overall great value for money.

Our room was further away from the street which was nice. But my husband could still hear the late night music from the nightclub over the road. For me it was fine. Ask for a quieter room if you are a light sleeper.

This hotel is in the close to everything and walking distance to the Plaza and all the shopping and eating one would expect. Hotel offers free offsite parking and daily breakfast buffet for a small additional amount. Beds were nice and water pressure was fantastic.

The AC in our room did not work and had to move to a smaller accommodation which was cramped. This was our only option for another king sized bed so we had to accept or change to a smaller bed. Didn’t want to move again as we had already unpacked once prior to finding out about the AC issue. All else was good.

The breakfast was OK. It's too bad that the kitchen ran out of food.

The mattress was very tough to sleep on. We had to change hotels. The value was good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there was no Cable TV or internet. The location was good. At least the staff (owner) allowed us to change our hotel and get a rebate for 2 of our 4 nights. They were very friendly and seemed to understand the defects of the hotel.

The architecture, and the layout of the room. The location was interesting and within easy reach of most city centre sites.

The noise on Saturday night due to the presence of teenage guests and large families occupying the rooms.

The hotel was aesthetically gorgeous, clean and the staff was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend the hotel for future visitors. The location was good: in the centre, short walk away from the historical sites, restaurants, shopping and one metro station

location was good as it is close to downtown, the hotel interior is STUNNING. the price did not include breakfast, which we were fine with as we were only staying one night. i would love to stay here again

the wifi was absolutely garbage and did not connect at all. this was really the only major con. the tv was small and not the greatest quality and the bed was a bit on the hard side, but these were things i could look past. when using the bathroom sink, the drain seemed to be clogged so the sink would fill with water.

Overall the hotel was very beautiful and it was in a great location! everything was with in walking distance and great places to eat thats very close! 7-11 is like half a block down from the hotel so its perfect to get some midnight snacks and drinks too. Honeslty its worth the stay.

The restrooms could have been cleaned better but over all the rooms where good. The A/C also needed work as it stopped working but other then that not so bad.

Breakfast was not included in the reservation but the cost of the buffet is very affordable. The location of the hotel is great

When we arrived we had no internet, but the next day it was fixed. The hotel is already old, but the building is very nice and the hotel room is sufficient for the basics and everything was very clean.

The colonial look and design of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service. Breakfast was not included. And even though the breakfast items were simply made, they were tasty and inexpensive. Approximately 10 minute walk to the center.
