Self catering. In the back streets away from the main areas but a very easy walk to the beach, bars, shops and tourist area. Safe, well lit area. Cobbled streets. Room cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made each day, never once had to request fresh towels or sheets. Free use of a safe in the room. Ceiling fan above the bed. Full size gas cooker and decent size fridge freezer. Plenty toilet roll and topped up daily.

There wasn't anything to dislike about this small traditional hotel. There wasn't an iron or hairdryer in the apartment but, we had a small travel iron and hairdryer. No brush or dustpan but, the room was cleaned daily by a housekeeper. No lifts but, the stairs to our apartment on the top floor kept us active 🤣 Only one sun lounger but, we didn't stay lounging around.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Zona Romantica, close to restaurants, bars, and a 10 min. walk to the malecon. The hotel is clean, stuff is nice. Absolutely worth the money. There is a person 24/7 in the hotel, even if I came home at 3 or 4 am, I just knocked and got let in immediately.

The wifi was not working perfectly in the room, only in specific spots. There was no hair dryer in the room or in the whole hotel that I could even borrow for 10 minutes. My room's location in the hotel was a bit inconvenient, because there are no windows as such, so you can hear everything what is happening in the lobby, including the reception/cleaning staff starting at 6-7 am.

The location was a little off the Romantica area about 4 or 5 blocks. THAT isn't bad for distance but the sidewalks and streets are not the most desireable for walking day or night (poor lighting) I LOVED the people and many food opportunities available. NUMEROUSshops offering quality goods are avilable and again the VARIETY of foods available will fit ANY appetite.

I would and coffee in my room and yes a restaurant in the hotel. have liked better air conditioning in my room

The staff were very friendly and diligent. The hotel is very well run. The roof top terrace with great views of Puerto Vallarta is a very nice place to spend time and meet other guests.

The hotel was somewhat noisy at times, I was there at a busy time and there was a lot of activity from other guests late at night, etc., coming and going.

Liked the location, another family member found this hotel - I just joined. clean , room w a balcony lovely, close to a market - which I like. It was in a tourist area which is fine but not in the bustling part of town - PV is a big place. felt safe

Gorgeous hacienda like hotel.. The authentic ambiance is nice. Old fashioned open window to the court yard. Inside rooms have no street traffic noise. Definitely would stay again.

If a lot of guests shower around the same time, the water may be a bit cool until the water heater catches up. Then it's nice and hot.

The hotel was located on a quiet side street in a pleasant part of Puerto Vallarta and was close to everything.

We had a very simple room that was perfect for our one night stay. Easy check in. Staff are friendly. You can’t beat the location! Super easy to walk everywhere - restaurants, pier, etc. We also enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio in the evening. Would absolutely stay again.

Not for the people who want a generic hotel this one has character. A great walkable location and my room with a kitchenette and balcony was great. Not for the faint of heart top floor requires three sets of stairs and no elevator but it was worth it.

The open air windows to the courtyard area made it a bit noisy.
