The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was amazing and our room was nice. The little touches like a mezcal toast made our stay so sweet. The rooftop balcony was a cute little sunny area in the morning to hang out.

Our friends who traveled with us go a better room, but not a better location. I would advise not to book a room here that faces the street, as there is a rooftop bar right next door that blasts their music late into the night, and they also heard the street vendors rolling their carts back and forth at night and in the morning.

The hotel location is excellent. The staff, especially Adrian, were friendly and helpful; Adrian was exceptionally accommodating of and flexible with our late check-in and early check-out times.

Overall the room was quiet, but our next-door neighbor was very loud upon arrival on both Friday and Saturday nights. Although I did not hear them, they were noisy enough to wake up my mother. She didn't tell me until Sunday morning, so we chose to report this because we were checking out on Sunday.

We arrived for our first visit to Queretaro for two nights. We stayed in town and at this hotel for eight nights! The location was perfect - just off the main square and the historical center of the city. The rooms we had were very large and comfortable. Rooms toward the back were a bit more quiet than the front. Nice rooftop terrace.

Although the upstairs front king room is extremely large with four large windows opening onto the front, there may at times be some street noise at night. Also the water pressure in this room is rather weak.

Ms Beatriz, the housekeeper, was very courteous, friendly and full of information about the city, places to shop, see and so forth. All the staff was great except for one receptionist.

I prefer eggs for breakfast. Ms. Edith, the receptionist, was not friendly and attentive when we first encountered I did not appreciate how she talked to my brother about smoking in the facility, which was his fault for not seeing the signs. He understood the first time, but later in the night, when we were entering the facility, she started to tell him again what we knew about smoking, which we knew was her job to remind us, but she was rude with her tone of voice to my brother. She blamed me for smoking, which I don't smoke.

I really like this place. It is the second time I have stayed there. It is right in the heart of Querétaro and I walked every where. There are many good restaurants close by and shops. It is very safe. The hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity and highly recommend others to stay here.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with charming details here and there. I looove that it was relaxing, without noise (you can’t do anything about events outside the hotel, like the international women’s day march, that had music late at night,… but even so, it wasn’t bothersome. No small children’s or pets allowed. The breakfast was good and the coffee exquisite….. I want the mattress brand… I felt so rested in that bed.

That I couldn’t secure a first floor,… I travel with my parents and they are in their 80’s so taking the stairs was a labor. And the towels, I didn’t like the towels

The hotel was great overall, from comfort to location to the service. The breakfast in bed was nice as you could pick time. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning if needed with more than enough space in the room. The restoom and shower we good too with hot water. Highly recommend the place for its location right in the center of everything that we wanted to visit, with everything at walking distance. Area of the city felt nice and safe too, would definitely consider staying here again.

Water pressure could feel low in shower. Breakfast was limited (no options).

A great location near the heart of Queretaro. Loved walking in the area. The room was small but adequate and was comfortable with a great shower and lots of hot water. The bed was very firm but for me, this was fine. I slept well except for noise. The breakfast was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have more coffee. Super nice staff greeting us and helping us at check out.

There was only one real problem and that was the noise at night from a nearby bar or festival. On Sat night, it lasted until 3 am, then 1 am on Sunday night. On Monday, it was wonderful - no noise at all. If not for this, I would have given higher rating for this charming hotel.

They bring you breakfast to your room and they are very attentive.

I didn’t like the tax service they booked me with. It was called radio taxi. They got to the airport earlier and charged me more for waiting on me. They gave me one set fee of $500 pesos then when I finally made it out of the airport they said it would and addition 180 for waiting 30 mins. As a female traveler alone this did not make me feel safe and radio Taxi guy was even wanting to take me to atm to get more money. When I asked the hotel what happened they said they didn’t know they would raise the price.

What a wonderful hotel. The facility itself exudes the charm and character of Queretaro. While maintaining the charm, my room provided every modern amenity and was spotlessly cleaned each day. The location can't be beat as it's smack dab in the middle of the historical center and all of the sights, plazas, cafes, and restaurants are within an easy walk. The best thing, though, is the customer service. Each employee gave their all to ensure a great stay. Each day you let the staff know what time you want breakfast the next day and it is served exactly on time. Printing your boarding passes, reserving taxis, setting up excursions, the list goes on what the staff will go out of their way to do for you. I cannot praise the staff enough.
