All you need for a great stay in Bacalar. After a big research for accommodations in Bacalar we are happy to have found this place. Great value for money considering its great location (less than 10 min walk from the city center). The hotel rooms are super clean, safe, comfortable (really comfortable bed), spacious and offer all the necessary facilities (AC, TV, shower etc). The staff can also help you to reserve tours and taxis. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The Wifi does not work inside the hotel room. Nevertheless, nearby the reception area the Wifi works perfectly well. The staff can try to be a little more friendly. Nevertheless they were always helpful with our questions.

We loved it here, after low expectations from reading previous reviews. We opted for the extra large bed due to similar price and it didn’t disappoint. The room was big with towels, soap and shampoo provided, good AC, TV, free water and it was quiet at night. There was also a pool but we didn’t use it. It’s 10 minute walk from the main square, but we didn’t mind that. Eber was also friendly upon on arrival too.

We decided to pay for breakfast which was cheap, although not the best (pancakes and banana doesn’t have much banana). Otherwise great stay

The breakfast was great. The area the hotel is in is quiet. The staff were friendly. Not too far from restaurants and cafes. The location is not too far from the bus station and taxi stand.

The size of the room was a little small, but good for staying for a few days. The distance to the main area and lagoon is about 10 minutes walking. It wasn´t bad, but a little further away if you wanted right in the centre.

The big clean pool. The options at breakfast (eggs, pancakes or fruit). Price quality very good. The rooms are basic but clean.

The distance to the centre in the sun a little too far, but manageable because of the pool. The staff should really work on their attitude. The cleaning staff are friendly but behind the reception varied from ok to rude.

It’s quite a big place but the vibe is good. Friendly staff also recommended a tour with boats, which was great. We kept our luggage at the place after check-out and there was no problem. There is a small kitchen/restaurant and i think they also have a small shop. All in all everything you need for your stay in Bacalar.

WiFi wasn't the best at night, maybe too many people on it then No communal kitchen but there is a restaurant on site

The hotel is cute, very chill atmosphere, nice staff. It is very well located, it is a short and easy walk to the center of Bacalar where you can enjoy the activities and restaurants/bars.

The shower water flow was very weak.

Nice clean rooms, spacious and comfy beds. No complaints really!

It's slightly out of the main area which didn't bother me much - actually it was conveniently close to local food options. But I could see why this might not be something others want.

The staff were amazing and helped answer all our questions.

the only thing that was a slight issue was the aircon needed emptying so we couldn’t use it.

The hotel was super clean and the king rooms were very spacious. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful.

There was only a sheet on the bed and the bed in our room was very hard. The location was not walkable to the town square.
