I've traveled to Cancun 24 times. I've stayed at some of the most expensive resorts including Fiesta Americana Grand Coral, bit eh Condesa had the BEST FOOD I've ever had while vacationing to Cancun !!

Only negative thing I can say is, 1 shoe was missing (which i think it was accidently picked up with towels & my chain went missing. I searched everywhere including my jewelry box. I went to the front desk, they advised me that they had to go back to the room with me to search. When we arrived- room service already cleaned the room & when we walked in the missing shoe was there and when the staff searched my stuff the chain surprisedly appeared in my jewelry box. They had me looking crazy, but when I tell you they sent a blast message or something out & advised whomever took the chain and accidently took the (1) shoe, return it it immediately, that's what they did! Not a good feeling, knowing someone took these items out, but I'm Happy they returned them. TY

Loved the property atmosphere - gorgeous Loved the spa Loved the pools Loved how close the ocean was to the property Loved how cold/temp the room was. Great Buffet meals- breakfast was my favorite.

No Vegan options besides the same items of food. No Cold Oatmilk for coffee (milk protein allergy) No Vegan cheese option for the pizza station or at the buffet. Poole/ocean is not open late past 8pm. I wish it was open later. Wish transportation was included to and from the hotel/airport

Seeing some of the reviews before we arrived I was a bit concerned and worried of having a bad experience with my family, but fortunately everything ran smoothly staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent - had no complaints there at all. All in all we had a great stay at the Condesa!!

I couldn't find anything I didn't like!

Everything was amazing from the time we arrived. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Food was extremely good and was available alllll day. If the staff told you they would do something.. trust me they will. The pool entertainment was great. Bartenders were attentive. I will definitely return.

Getting a spot by the pool was challenging.

The resort’s service exceeded our expectations in every way. The infrastructure is excellent, and the food is both delicious and abundant. We had most of our meals at The Market, enjoyed room service, tried the snacks like pizza, burgers, and nachos, and also dined at El Mexicano and Don Ricon. The bar service was also outstanding. But without a doubt, the people are what truly make the difference. Every single staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. A special thank you to Mr. Juan José, who took care of us every day at the pool (he’s the one with a little duck on his cap), such a charming person! And to Kelly (there may be more than one, but that was the name on the note) who cared for our room with so much dedication. One important tip for future visitors: remember to factor tips into your budget, not only for the hotel service but for almost everything you do in Cancún. We highly recommend this resort, and if we have the chance, we’ll definitely be back!

Our room was a Premium Sunset View with a full-size bed, but the bed felt smaller than expected, a bit tight for two adults.

This is a great family all inclusive hotel for those who want it all but don't want to spend thousands. We stayed one week and had a great time. It was super safe with electronic wrist bands for entry to the rooms and easy identification, so our kids were able to go off around the hotel on their own without us worrying. The restaurants were good, we liked the selection that was rotated throughout the week. Some restaurants you need to book, and they were nice but we liked the buffet style for its ease. The desserts are really good. Mini bar in room is stocked up daily. But no snacks, just drinks. The pools are nice and even though its a big hotel, you can find a space by the pool where there are not too many people. I'm sure it gets busier in the spring break time though. The beach was not great due to sargassum and large dumping waves, but that didn't matter with the 2 pools. There is a part of the pool that is sectioned off for little kids with slides. Kids went to a silent disco, played pingpong, volleyball in the pool and pool in the bar. So theres stuff to do. The staff are excellent - wait staff bring you drinks by the pool from 11am, which we loved. No waiting up by the bar. Also there are also pizza, burger and nacho bars that open at 11am and are by the pool. These are great for snacks throughout the day or lunch or dinner. You can take them up to your room too if you like. Our kids loved these as it gave them freedom to just get what they wanted. Also ice creams from 3pm in the café shop that the kids loved. And all this is included. You never need to bring your purse! Tips are apparently included in the stay price. Rooms are decent - not overly modern, but still nice. Overall - this was a really relaxing and fun trip. There is a great mall (Isla something) that has excellent shops, especially for teen girls, and that's only 5 minutes by taxi up the road. Don't bother with the outlet mall - so so bad.

The beds are very small. So if you are 2 adults, it feels way to small to share. We are smallish and still too small to share. We had 2 rooms as we are a family of 5, but even 2 kids sharing the beds was not enough room. Gym is not great but there was never anyone in there, so I guess not enough people use it to get more weight machines. Needs a kettle in the room so at night you don't have to go down to make a tea. My husband and son shared a room next to ours and their room smelled like mould and their floor kept getting wet even with aircon on. Ours was great though. Massages were so expensive - like $140 USD.

I really enjoyed the variety of food offered both in terms of restaurants and in terms the buffet and drink selection included. The property itself was very well kept and I liked that there were two pools (one quieter and another where all the activities took place).

The WiFi in my particular room wasn't great, nor was the soundproofing from next door or upstairs. The few times I tried to call reception I was unable to get through to anyone. That being said, I found the staff very responsive to feedback throughout my stay on any issues. As a solo traveler I probably wouldn't go back as it was a bit too family/group oriented but I would go back with a group of friends or family. The beach was also very seaweedy but that is seasonal and the hotel did clean a lot of it away multiple times during my week long stay.

Everything needed within your grasp

The beach / ocean was full of seaweed. When waiting for a tour transfer that the valet/ other staff does not call the phone number listed for the guest. I have missed an expensive tour because the tour bus came earlier than expected and left a paper with the valet. We waited an hour and a half before the valet gave us the missed tour noticed. Also, not having enough pesos on hand at the reception area to exchange bills. We had to wait until the next day to exchange bills which is can be costly when having an early morning tour. There is less room to haggle when you only have large bills.

it’s all very well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated, beds are like clouds, with different pillow options, staff is helpful and friendly, the food is great with a lot of eating options, right on beautiful white sand turquoise water beach! I fully recommend it! We were there with our toddler and it had everything we needed for him, very child friendly and a fun kiddie pool for him to swim in. Bonus points, although child friendly, the distribution was such that you could still find peaceful places to relax. The cozy stylish restaurants are designed to make you feel like you are in a boutique hotel, food and service is amazing! I’ve been to Cancún several time and must say this one is a hidden treasure among all inclusive hotels.

Not a big issue, everything was really perfect except for one thing… all drinks were from concentrate, and too sweet for me and our toddler. Even the juice in the morning was not fresh. As I give my toddler all natural drinks, we had to stick to water the whole trip. It would be nice to have the option to ask for freshly squeezed juices, or natural drinks for us who don’t drink syrups/concentrates.

The extra fees they want to incorporate after paying for the trip… taxes/commissions. Plus the constant hounding of booking excursions with them and tipping. Having to tip every 5 secs, not so great. I go on vacay to be at the pool/beach, I don’t want to carry anything and having to be with cash handy at all times is not really a relaxing experience! I understand everyone wants to get paid but just because we spend a pretty penny for vacation doesn’t mean the funds came to us easily. We need to save for a while and I’m not for just handing it over to everybody because they struggle more. They have a job with the resort and the resort should provide for them. Not expecting us to give them money for every cup of water we ask for! Other than that my family and I had a pleasant experience.
