It is a nice place to stay and most of the stuff is very nice but some... not really. There are a lot of places that have huge lines and take a lot of time to get anything done. Like SPA. Which is ridiculously expensive. Average massage or facial $300.

Lines. slow and rude stuff, expensive spa. Also they lure you in going to the "presentation" that they promise you spa credits for and say that it is going to be only 90 min. 4 hours later! I could not get out of there fast enough. Btw, before signing anything - read about it on Reddit and decide whether you really want it.

There was a huge focus on entertainment. There were so many things included that kept family highly entertained and engaged. There were numerous pools, so no one had to wake up at 6am to reserve sun beds, lots of activities for kids - massive kids club with waterpark, mini golf, bike rent, arcade, soft play zone (massive one!) etc. this is something we have never seen before and therefore really loved the place. Plus lots of different theme restaurants and always able to book those.

It was not a problem for us but many people complained the resort was too big. We like to walk so not an issue but you could see how others though it was too big and they had to wait for buggies or walk

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was great and lots of variety. My 6 y/o got very sick - likely from ingesting some pool water -- obviously be careful with your young ones who may have a tendency to open their mouth in the water - and remind them to keep it closed! We had to obtain medical attention. The MD arrived and got her attended to and was really helpful! She brought us necessary medications to help her and was so great. And thankfully it was not excessively expensive to have her come visit us. She also called to follow-up on her the next day. Great service.

The main thing I didn't like about the resort - and there is nothing they can do about this - but for me I didn't like that I couldn't see the beach. Unless you walk through the natural hedges you don't see the beach and this is the first resort I've ever been to like that. I definitely missed the beach views. The music in the La Cantina was pretty loud. It's meant to be a fun atmosphere and we get that but when you can't even hear across the table that's a bit much. Food was amazing there. One of the best. Staff was awesome as well. Some of the common areas were lacking. A few of the bridges were taped off and inaccessible and the water below them looked gross. It wasn't much of a distraction overall but just looked run down and not cared for.

Variety of restaurants is excellent Facilities are in excellent condition and staff are courteous and helpful Pools and activities for the kids was the best and what we had hoped for The beach was so clean and well maintained The daily entertainment shows at night were unmissable Easy access to other 2 resorts via shuttle buses

cleanliness of the room and toilets could be better - there were ants in our room which was troubling the amenities delivery services were slow and often missed the pricing could be better

Very convenient for family with kids adults are fun too there are karaoke bar Library lounge also club

Book an excursion, their staff, speaking very little English, telling you to go to the bus stop somehow because of the misunderstanding we were five minutes late to the bus , they left us , but the hotel blamed us for being late , WE Didn’t LATE!!!! Instead of offer us for a taxi to the docks, the manager told us we had to pay and it’s cost $50usd , 😳😳😳 we kept telling them that you guys the ones told us the wrong way .!!! They have to pay for taxi for us instead.!!! He said NO 🤬🤬🤬 .MIGUEL that is the manager name .! We will not booked any excursions through the hotel anymore.!!! For what they did . Is the principal!!!

We loved everything! The staff was amazing. My 10 year old and 2 year old had a blast. There was something for everyone. My senior citizen mother also couldn’t stop talking about how relaxed she was. We will definitely be back.

The only downside was trying to get a reservation at the restaurants. They all filled up and we were placed on the waitlist for all. We only got to try one out of the many because we couldn’t get a reservation.

The facilities were amazing f we had a great time relaxing and doing the activities. The shuttles were amazing.

Our tv didn’t work and when fixed still didn’t work which was a shame. House keeping knocked on the door anytime from around 7am which was very early. There was food all outside the rooms in the mornings. The prices on site for essentials were excessive - after sun 28$

Property was very large but had everything for everyone. Great variety of restaurants to choose from. Resort was busy but with so much space you couldn’t tell how busy it was. Gym was large and had everything.

Cockroaches in rooms (not ours but my mother and brother had them). Food wasn’t the best but good. People saved pool chairs but never showed up. No floaties available for lazy river.

Some lunch and dinner service were slow. I think there was not enough cooking staff. Some time food is not served to everyone same time on the table. Which creates an awkward situation. Staff was very pleasant but overwhelmed with work.

We loved everything, the kids enjoyed a variety of fun: water slides, activities and playrooms besides the clean pools. Restaurants were great but you have to reserve in advance to get your spot in many of them which is easy via the app.
